Our body uses energy to move, and this energy must be captured somewhere. energy is the total amount produced or generated, and power is the rate or amount of energy transferred over time. you can't do half of what these guys can do. with their muscle mass, they can easily break you in half, even if they don't know how to fight. Try cracking a nut with just two fingers and you will see that they are stronger than you will ever be. And, remember, they CAN actually pick up heavy objects. They still love what they do and receive love and cheers from others, unlike you, who can't appreciate what they're doing
