It was really súper fan i did some stretching ballet exercises and I see this new video and say why not it’s only 12 min and was super fun 🤩 sweaty but easy to follow

Eat one healthy meal a day, do exercise, take vitamin tabs and sleep well. That's what I've done and I've just celebrated my 90th birthday! 😊 😊 😊
Hey, Anna! I love workouts like this. I was wondering if you could make a few more workouts that are 15-20 minutes long. I don’t always have time for a 30 minute workout, although I would love to have time for it. Tabata and HIIT are my two favorites. I would really appreciate it!

One of her lighter exercises,but she still gets your heart pumping, especially on the 3rd and final round. She adds a lot more jumps.
