    quick burns are always my favorite! it's so easy to get some exercise in on a busy day like this! especially for us students trying to get 5 more minutes to sleep and still move their body 😂

    Cannot believe only 12 mins can be so killer. Did each exercise for 30 seconds in stead of 20 but did take longer breaks between some sets. Also, so much love to you Anna♥️

    A top hack for everyone: Make your warmup strong and this workout will seem easy, I did a great warmup today and damn this workout was medium sweaty, not killer tbh. So make sure you warm up great.

    Wow! What a workout 💪 😳 😅. Consistent training with Anna for 10 months has helped me get stronger. I remember lung jumps would be so hard for me, I could do maybe 2 or 3, but I was able to go through all these workouts without stopping, even the lunge jumps and curtsey jumps! 🏋‍♀️ 💪 🦵

    After doing 30 min of boxing workout from a Non-weight plan I was not sure whether I will be able to finish this without skipping any exercise but I was surprised 😲 I DID IT!!! I am so HAPPY and SWEATY 😅 Thank you Anna for helping me to push myself beyond my limits ❤

    Holy crap this was so hard and felt so rewarding when I finished it!! I like to think I’m in pretty good cardio shape (running 5 miles or more every day) but these 12 minutes kicked my ass😂
