Makes my blood boil the fact they imprisoned an 11-year-old kid unjustified yet let a 16-year-old drunk driver who got 4 people killed unscathed. It really shows how dysfunctional the justice system really is.

This is so sad. They completely ignored the woman's ex who was very unhinged. Witness when said they saw his vehicle down the street before the shooting. But set their eyes on the 11 year old boy??? Disgusting. Even the victims parents continue to put blame on the boy and they even knew about their daughters abusing ex. I hope this kid can get through this and is able to live a normal adult life.

  • @brettgarcia8334

It truly makes me wonder what kind of connections the unhinged ex had to the justice system. What a joke. A terrible fucking joke. They’d rather jump to conclusions and quite literally rip away a child’s life, without really looking into other avenues (MUCH MORE FEASIBLE AVENUES, AT THAT!!!) Why was the 11 year old the automatic scapegoat?! WHAT and WHO the hell protected the unhinged ex… and WHY!? It’s insane to me for so many reasons - but the biggest one is the fact that the ones closest to the victim is normally automatically looked at, even if they hadn’t spoken in years. He was an ex of her, and they had an insane past. WHY was he not looked farther into? WHO paid WHO to ensure the protection of an abusive adult to the point that they’d just point fingers at the little boy so quickly!?! It was all very cut and dry. There was basically zero investigation. And THAT is nuts. Yes - the kid was close to her, obviously. But why was he the scapegoat?! It just smells very fishy, to me. The math just ain’t mathin’ here, y’all. And it’s DISGUSTING…. 😓😔 my faith in the justice system has been running low for a very long time. But this right here completely diminishes it. So damn sad……

As we can all see, humans failed and still want to avoid God and it's truth! Biological 3d printing and still talks of money, greed gets nullified with a 3d printer capable of producing anything and or everything! I'm done preaching so wake up and wake all your friends,we are all of one God not God's , goddesses ,nor a godlessness, how scary that would be to a psychological questionnaire,God is real but doctors scare off the awareness of the voice of God by asking if you hear voices, how else could God speak to me is my question and response followed by the question do you talk with God and if so how else could it respond!?! I know what's it like to be accused of something you didn't do. I was arrested for assault simply because I "fit the clothing description of the assaultant. (Who wore black)" and that "I rode a bike." But so did the other 20 people (of both genders) that were arrested that day matching those very same criteria. During those 6 months I spent fighting the charges, I lost my job & I lost a whole semester of college. Of the 6 counts they tact onto me 5 out 6 victims said I wasn't the guy because i was too short. A fact the cops knew already but we're hoping I'd take a "plea deal." The lone victim admitted how she never really saw the guy who assaulted her. However, her older brother, on the stand, claim I WAS the guy. But on cross examination my attorney pointed out how he told detectives the guy who had assaulted his sister was 6 feet tall and about 250 pounds. She pointed out to him how I was a mere 5 feet 2 inches tall and 105 pounds. "Do you STILL believe it was my client who assaulted your sister?" Which he still said I was that guy. Within only 2 minutes the jury said I was not guilty of any crime. After the verdict, the cop on that case still believed I committed the crime and harassed me for nearly a year before going away and being an ass to someone else. I learned then that cops NEVER ever believe they make mistakes or overlook anything. Once tunnel enters their minds, all other possibilities dies as well.

@@garymartin7369 yes and no. Although, I wasn't convicted of the crime but I have been asked about it at job interviews which I explained. Or officers who stopped me will ask me about that or try to invoke some kind of reaction from me by saying "innocuously" how there's been some assaults in the area and if I know anything about that. As if I would know anything about it or been involved with that, which is exactly what they're trying to insinuate with the seemingly innocuous question.

Once the badge is pinned on, the citizenry becomes the ENEMY...GUILTY until we prove ourselves innocent. The badge makes them infallible and beyond reproach. They're unable to lie and their word is taken as gospel in the judicial arena. They no longer have to abide by the laws that they're oathed to enforce, just enforce them upon the rest of us as they see fit, whether legitimate or fabricated. We all had just better shut up and follow all their orders and instructions because they know what's best for us since we don't have the ability to navigate safely, and correctly through life. I can testify about an instance where my home alarm system sent me a warning that my home had been broken into and there was an intruder, or intruders inside my home. The call was made and officers saw fit to show up an hour and a half later...reason being that since I wasn't in immediate danger of physical harm being that I wasn't actually there, response time was up to their discretion. In my small city of under fifty thousand, which averages one murder per year, crime is such that their attention was warranted elsewhere for that hour and a half I suppose (and, don't let my unabashed sarcasm fly completely over your heads). I guess that I should consider myself LUCKY that I wound up with the thousands of dollars of stolen property, damage to my home, and violation to my psyche. Why would we small people want to inconvenience them from their other, more important duties?

My husband has told our kids ever since they were little that if they were ever to be questioned by police, they are to stay quiet, dont talk, ask for parents and an attorney and they are to keep repeating themselves. My nephew was falsely accused by police for the murder of his friend, but his friend gave the name of his step brother as to who did it. Then he died. The cops ignored his "deathbed confession" as to who did it and were persistent on pinning it on my nephew. I guess one if the cops grew a conscience and admitted to the confession but if he hadnt, my nephew could've gone away for something he didn't do. Thats why i don't believe in the death penalty anymore. Too many falsely accused people in prison. What if that happened to you??

I watched the entire 20/20 episode on this and something struck me; the little sister (4y/o at the time) said she remembered being AWAKENED by a loud boom, not that she heard it while waiting to go to school. At 35:10-ish one of the instigators replied to that by saying "After so many years, he found her account not credible." But how many people accuse someone of physical or sexual abuse when they were 5 or 6, but do it 20-30 years later? How are their stories credible if hers wasn't?
