If you guys heard the girl was the half sister to the little boy, whose father is Dinkins. He was 17 when he was convicted. I'm hoping she didn't know due to the fact he was 17 and possibly the record was not easily accessible due to being a minor. Cause that would be diabolical, so I'm hoping she never knew due to committing that crime prior to adulthood.

I dont understand how his probation officer didn't catch that. i dont think neither female knew the POS had SA a five year old years earlier. I dont understand why this wasn't caught on his background. that child should still be with her family..the state and all should have to pay breasia brothers and mother for all their pain and suffering for every second, minutes, day's, months, and years.prayers up to breasia her family as well we all love you sleep well my child you longer have to fear looking up at the monster that took your beautiful smart loving life away from us all. ❤️

his record is from when he was a minor, it would be sealed and not sow up even is she did a background check on him. He is the biological father of her brother, it's not uncommon for a stepparent to take both takes when they split. My ex fiance and I use to have his kid and two step kids over whenever it was his weekend because the other two younger kids always wanted to go with their brother, mom was ok with it and it would've been a hole of us to say no we don't want the step kids, he treated all 3 kids the same which I admired.

@@godsownson2469I believe what the person is trying to convey is that, when the guy actually said that the little girl is not his biological daughter, however, that was still his baby girl or whatever....I suppose they're implying that his even mentioning the fact that she wasn't his biological daughter, comes off a little suspicious even tho it's true. Most parents that have helped practically raise a child, and who considers that other child their own, usually don't go around throwing that biological word around. It's like, oh, so, because she's not your biological daughter, you shouldn't have to, necessarily, be held accountable??? That's where the sounding/ automatic looking guilty comes in. The way he said it, and the fact that he even said it....makes him sound suspicious....he really could've kept that to himself, if he really considered her to be" his "baby girl" or whatever. Just like some children that consider their "step parents", as their main parents, usually don't go around using "step" ....unless that's not the case. Hope that somewhat clears it up.

When the 8 year old boy said he was checking on his sister to make sure dad wasn't doing anything to her was a huge red flag for me. Why would an 8 year old have those thoughts about an adult, unless something happened before, either to the boy or his sister. 8 year olds don't usually have those kind of thoughts without some kind of back story.

I found it disingenuous, frankly. Not for nothing, but their department let too much time lapse before finding Breasia’s remains & before interviewing the tow-truck driver. AOG he still had a soil sample underneath his truck! Naturally, there will be delays to going to trial. But this story is vague on timelines in terms of discovery & dates. The investigator may have truly empathized with Ms. Aisia. But ending the quote with “everything’s alright now,” does not sit well with victims’ families. GREAT day for those who should’ve found that pond, the trailer, & the video footage in ‘20-‘21!! For what mother/family, though, would “everything be alright?”

This one had me shedding tears! I was on the edge of my seat when they said they couldn't find sufficient evidence BUT Justice prevailed. He thought he was gonna evade a Jury but he got Judge-ment instead. I have never been happier about a case. I knew he was guilty from his first interaction I saw when the mother was frantic and he was getting mad and taking offense instead responsibility. If a child is missing you IMMEDIATELY call the police FIRST not drive around like a chicken without a head! But what broke my heart was the fact that the grandmother told her not to go but her naivety and love for her brother made her tag along. Also, how could the girlfriend see this grown man in a room alone with her instead of playing with the son and not be suspicious and she didn't even question him when she saw him come home without Breasia at 3 am. I am soo serious there should be laws and penalties for people who know something is not right but say nothing and do nothing but I digress...

I may be thinking too deep into this, but I think he had a plan all along. He met a single mom with a daughter and no father, if he had a child with her, he'd have access to the daughter as well (since she was only 2, no one would know anything). At 10, she's old enough to talk about the things he may have done or could do, and he couldn't risk her telling. I believe he'd been touching her her whole life
