My niece is in her mid 30s and similar in build to Zamora and her 14 y.o son is bigger than her so maybe it was the same here . That's the only reason i can see how it happened from a physical point of view. When she told the class to text her was she kidding and it was just unfortunate he did and it snowballed from there . Would it have happened if any other kid had responded . Did he brass his case as we say and did it just to see how far it would go and he got more than he bargained for. He does seem well aware of what he was doing and there is no way i was capable of any of it at 13, The only slack i would cut her is if he turns out not to have been affected by his experience i would give her the chance of parole .

However, I'm sure he is traumatized by now because of his father's behaviour, as he threw his son under the bus and made him a victim. The first question should have been how the boy felt about the entire ordeal. If it was positive, then why force him to feel like he was abused? He came back for more the next day, for crying out loud! Even a blind bat can see that he *wanted* those things to happen.

This is just sad. As parents we are suppose to trust the school system with our kids. And our kids are suppose to feel a sense of safety at school. And the teachers are absolutely violating that trust. It truly makes me question whether I will chose to home school my kids because evidently the school system is just not a safe place for our kids anymore from this kind of behavior to school shootings.

It really depends on the kid. If this was me at 13 I would have been so excited I couldn't even sit still but other kids have different reactions. Some kids just aren't comfortable at such a young age. Some might even find it gross. The experience may even be traumatic. This is why the law prohibits it. It's a mystery why this person thought it would be a good idea especially without considering how the boy felt. No teacher should ever have this kind of relationship with a student. Edit: Allow me to rephrase. No adult should ever do this with a kid.

Shes was 5ft4 and weighs 130 lbs and that is the average for a 13/14 y.o so probably not much difference physically between her and the guy. Bit like my niece and her son was bigger than her at 12. He sure seemed to know exactly what he was doing from the beginning and i was certainly not up to the stuff he was at that age. 20 years with no parole and from reports i have read no real problems within prison . This is about the fourth teacher I've heard about being arrested for inappropriate sexual contact with a minor student so far in the month of March. It seems to be happening more and more. I believe there is some correlation between this kind of crime and the smut that's being taught disguised as "gender awareness." Some of the excerpts from books being read to school boards being deemed as inappropriate--which they are, I believe is the root cause of sexualizing students that aren't old enough to go to the bathroom by themselves. We are told, "By beholding, thou art become changed." What we see and hear, we bring into our heart. There's an appropriate time to talk about sex but I believe it's the parent's job and not the teachers.

I'm sorry, but I'm with the belief that, and this occurred EXACTLY when I, and most boys transition from exactly that. Boys, then exploding, (and I mean literally) into full on,constantly hard puberty. I truly believe girls are a completely different set of circumstance. I am speaking from personal experience, I was graced to have a woman who was there to show me how gentle and beautiful females can be. It's literally not disgusting. I'm an adult now but when I was 13 I had to deal with thousands of erections every day. Always achy with no release. And when they would happen randomly had to rush to the bathroom and flip it in my wasteband or pretend to tie my shoes for 5 minutes. It was horrifying and highly embarrassing. It seemed like I was the only 13 year old in my class who was plagued with relentless erections. The only crime is the school not providing anything for raging hormonal boys to provide relief or release. From 12 to 21 I dealt with thousands of erections. Every. Single. Day. Today I get hundreds of erections so things have subsided a little. But being a boy was no walk in the park.

There is the possibility the husband wouldn't know about it. Only finding it later after evidences.

While many people think this is a “score” for the boy, studies have shown that sexual experiences w adults at such a young age, especially during puberty, can have catastrophic effects on mental and sexual health down the line. I hope he’s in therapy.
