Yeah its more common than you think. Look I am 19 and I have no relationship experience but not all stages of a relationship are "honey/sexual moon" where you love to spend time all the time and the dopamine is hitting everytime you text/kiss/speak with each other. After a while it gets boring and love (not sexual) which is a strong emotional bond starts to grow. The issue is that while the love is growing all other emotions will grow as well. Hate being one of them. If someone you LOVE a lot does something you DONT like then it can turn into hatred quicker than anything. You would hate that person even more than you would if a stranger did that to you. And that "wrong" can be anything. It can be cheating,it can be not agreeing with something,it can be a fight, it can be jealousy, it can be self-esteem. At the end a relationship is a battle against your emotions. In this case the woman wanted to husband killed because she lost to her emotions, at that point love does not exist anymore. This is why a lot of people can do cruel things to their "loved ones"

Most people would hesitate, processing what they heard. It's a natural reaction. Shock. It's not automatic crying. That's a big way to tell reality from fake acting. Most people who be shocked, processing what they heard in their head. Then they'd usually do one of three things. One, (possibly) cry and tell themselves it's not true to ease the pain, two, go full bawling, or three, possibly pass out. Of course, that's only the most common reactions I know of at the moment. She starting "crying" almost immediately after she was asked if he was her husband. And they mentioned that no tears were being shed. Another give away. The only time I know for sure someone is actually crying with no tears is when they're first born (babies born right away won't cry with tears because the passage for the tears is blocked off or something). Two dead giveaways. The scary part is when they asked her about going back, she didn't even come close as to think a second thought about it. That's some phyco crap going on right there.

The scenario allows for a build up after the phone call. If police is involved you actually either expect A) robbery or B) seriously injured party or both. So it's only natural to be prepared. Imagine also a serious phone voice of the officers. And imagine nobody giving you the "Your house has been broken into blablabla" talk on the phone, which you would expect if it wasn't something more serious. Just food for thoughts.

I don't understand why this is weird. I genuinely want to know what you think the officer would say that wouldn't warrant hysterics when what he says is: "Is your husband Michael? I'm sorry to tell you-" She does way other weird things there but this? This I don't get why everyone reacts like it's the most abnormal thing. There's dozens of cops and EMTs. If I came home and saw that my brain would immediately assume someone in my family was hurt or dead. Like what else is the cop gonna say? He's been arrested? But there's EMTs and way more police than usual for that. Is in the hospital? Why the police? Her reacting before he finished talking is not weird. Like are you telling me you would come home to see your place swarming with police and EMTs and crime scene tape and an offcer pulls you aside and you would just wait for the officer to say "has died" before you draw that conclusion yourself based on the officer's demeanour and your surroundings? What was weird was BEFORE that she seemed just confused instead of panicked.
