    Brother, just starting watching your videos . Idk man it is effecting me alot like an inspiration. My weight is 60 and I'm a Field hockey player. Need to build strength and get alittle bigger too i need to work on my Body strength. I'm starting to go to gym too do i need to take any protein also to gain muscles. My biceps are skinny i feel like coz i don't train them
