    Nice mix man! Found u on the BusyDadTraining subscriptions. Im starting his method nd discovering the burpees to say goodbye to sedentary life. I hope to find consistency I need with this practice. Ill be following here too for more techniques to implement as long I develop my body strenght. See ya!

    hey, im 46 yo, at the end of workout i got a feeling that strong painfull stomach cramp comes in any moment, that is sign for me , to immediatly stop and stretch ,otherwise i end on the ground again. Anybody have the same problem?// Solution?

    Hi, I advice you to seek a doctor especially when symptoms are present in the stomach area just below your sternum. You should exclude that this is an atypical cardiovascular sign!
