10 minute workout | Boxer Style Workout

Hi everyone!
This is a cardio focused workout to help you burn fat and build muscle. The more effort you put in, the better the results you'll get.
I hope you enjoy the it! The basic outline for the workout is:
1. Jump rope
2. Air boxing
3. Jump rope
4. (some other movement)
5. Jump rope
Repeat x4
We'll do boxer skip/step, regular skipping and a few double unders as well!
If you DON'T have a skipping rope, you can do jumping jacks instead :D
