I hope this workout helps you! Of course, 15 minutes is not the optimal time to train the whole body, but we can still do some effective work in that time :)
We'll go 30 seconds on, 15 seconds off for:
1. Squats
2. Jump lunges
3. Plyo ski hops
4. 3x lunge + kick
5. Left leg bridge
6. Right leg bridge
7. In-out push ups
8. Superman lat pulldowns
9. 3 sec Diamond push up
10. Iron man
11. Push up Rotation
12. The boat lift
13. Mountain climbers
14. Suitcase tucks
15. Ankle taps
16. Cross toe taps
17. v-hold
18. Plank
19. Jump knee tucks
20. Jumping Jacks
