I’ve fallen in love with the Silver Sneakers workouts after seeing the many different workouts for seniors with different levels! I’ve been doing them for pushing two weeks after making my bed each morning I run a slow bath and jump into my activewear I do a 30 min workout followed by stretching then I take my! 🛀 I feel so exhilarated following the workouts I look fwd to the next day! The ladies I follow are so impressive and compassionate leaders!

Perfect for 10 mos. Out of knee replacement surgery.
This I can handle. Trying to do more exercises with arthritis.

Why is it better to reach to the side to get the weights from the floor rather than from the front?

Love that idea!
The moves are fine. The music is nerve-wracking! We are not millennials who like listening to endless noisy percussion in contrast to the class leader’s moderate-paced speaking voice, which is much more in keeping with senior citizens. Can the beat!
