This workout is well thought out and symmetrical. I feel a certain sense of balance after finishing it every day. I use this as my cool down. Props to our presenter for thinking of the people at home doing the workout via KZread. She says "right" and "left" for our sake even if it it is opposite for her. This channel deserves more subscribers.
