    Foarte frumos expuneți aceste exerciții și sunteți și simpatica, eu am însă logica mea, kundalinii trezit amplifica pofta trupeasca iar aceasta consumata duce și la epuizarea energiei sufletului astfel ca atunci când vom părăsi această lume nu vom mai avea combustibil sa zburam către cer.

Din experiența mea, practica îmi extinde energia pentru a alege pacea, puterea și direcția conștientă a vieții mele. mă ajută să curăț orice energie mentală și emoțională stagnantă, astfel încât să pot rămâne concentrat pe unitatea mea cu tărâmurile divine în timp ce sunt aici pe pământ, ceea ce face mai ușor să plec de aici, deoarece atașamentele mentale și emoționale sunt curățate în mod constant.

    When you say "ONG", where the sound come from ? It is sounds different then the other words in the mantra

    in kundalini yoga - the “O” is chanted with the mouth slightly open with the breath coming out just the nostrils. The “NG” sound is chanted by placing the tongue on the back upper palette of the mouth with a nasal vibration that stimulates the nasal cavities and the brain. Some say that the ONG is the action element OM preparing you for the kriya which is the complete action for a specific psycho-physiological result 🙏🏽
