    Thank you for this, it's more intense than the others I've tried. Being someone who regularly works out and an army vet I was not expecting that lol.     Found you not long ago and loving it. I’ve practiced with Maya Fiennes before and she does 26 of those frog things, when you said 54 I nearly had a fit as I struggle with 26. Was pleased you said in my own time. 😀 Wish I’d started practising yoga years ago. 💕

    an oldie but still great. I have been practicing with you for about a year now and I have never experienced so many amazing transformations. I did anna brett for about 10 years, loved it but no comparison to what you have brought out in me.     Sat Nam Thank you At the beginning of the Kriya, in the first exercise, my shoulders felt tingly, so I did not keep my head up too much. And in frog pose, I could not do 54 my legs gave out. I did what I could. I am over 50 and a bit physically out of shape

    Cant wait to try this. When I am in sleep paralysis, I can feel surge of hot energy rising up my spine, but it is blocked at Ming Men point (L2/L3), so Ive been looking for some yoga that will help with this. In addition plan on going to see some specialists.

    Thank you for Michael for practising with Kimilla. Always consult you health care practitioner if you have lower back issues. Kimilla works with kinesiology, chiropractic and acupuncture as complimentary to her yoga practice. Kundalini energy is very powerful and will move were it's needed and directed in the body.

    Not sure why some of the original times for the exercises have been altered here...? In general if you want to make the exercises shorter in any Kundalini Kriya then you would shorten all of them proportionately. That is how Yogi Bhajan taught the original Kundalini Yoga he brought to the western world from India

    Peace and Blessings Kamilla - I have recently been practicing your kriyas and new to Kundalini yoga. This type of yoga has really resignated with me - and I wanted to know advice on how to study these teachings further. Also I love the songs played on your videos Be the light, Wahe guru etc... can you let me know who is the artist and song titles for playlist. I absolutely love them. My 7 yr.old daughter goes around the house all day singing them after morning meditation. Thank you so much for your instruction - a true blessing.

    In the morning is better. Frogs, left nosrtril breathing and the Har prosperity meditiation are my go too's before bed. If your looking for a full practice the "stress set for the adrenals and kidneys" is wonderful before sleeping. Saat Naam
