Dear Gemma, I have been practicing this Kriya on a daily basis since it was released as part of my morning ritual. Last night I had a pranic healing, I was told that I am extremely calm and balanced within, also my aura is very expansive. I truly believe that by performing this Kriya in conjunction with Twin Hearts meditation is the catalyst in me being able to achieve and maintain my state of being.
