    Hey Keoni heres a secret I must share I did this version 4x a day and still set on replay. Loved it this one will last forever The first track is my favourite and I'm here stepping burning the calories like crazy . I forget who and what is around me like im on another planet 🌏 enjoying myself. Great toning workout with dumbbells. I felt toned polish and sweet thank you Keoni and those whos got your back creating this fabulous masterpiece .

    This was such a great way to start my day! (I only had a bottle of salad dressing & 32 oz soap refill on hand to use as handweights at work, but Hey, it works!! LOL) This is a great workout when you may be pinched for time or just want to get moving for the day! Thanks, again, Keoni!! ❤
