10 MIN FULL BODY WORKOUT TABATA (Fat Burning) ADVANCED
Hello!, I'm Jaeho Roh, a trainer and physical therapist.
Today is a full body tabata workout for weight loss and fitness purposes. It is composed of a higher level than the 4-minute full-body exercise that was previously uploaded. We recommend that people with low fitness levels try doing it slowly and resting so as not to get hurt.
You can change the exercise time according to your fitness level.
You can only do 1 set, but if you think it's okay, you can do 2 sets.

Excellent workouts, love the straight forward exercise, rest and repeat, no fancy talking or showing off, no weights. Keep it up, I mostly train myself and never ever used any of these type of videos in my life. I highly recommend these videos specially for those who do not like going to the gym. There are no more excuses left, workout at home.

Есть сладости на ночь. И пить сумасшедшее количество жидкости (на работе). И при этом никакие мафиози не будут осложнять тебе жизнь. 😘

It took me almost a year to finish this 21 challenge. Countless time started again from day day. Just happy I made it and wanted to say congratulations to all you that are already finished and to the ones that are about to join us. 100 burpees was impossible in my mind. I don't have time to go to the gym during the work week. I've been doing this workout and adding some sprints. I can tell a difference in the gym on the weekends when I do your workout. Thanks for a great short workout.

Wasn't sure how to do the burpees. Felt like my mat was slipping at times, so had to do some variations, but got through it. Surprised how many jump squats he can do without stopping though. Want to do these again shortly. Shoes definitely help haha.

Eu geralmente recomendo fazer 3-4 séries a cada 3 dias, em vez de uma vez por dia. Pensa-se que é mais eficiente para o tempo carregar o nível adequado de treinamento e estresse e ter tempo de descanso suficiente.

First Time, as a complete beginner (several years without activity). I did it ! I completed these exercices. Not as many reps as you did. But i did it ! Thanks ! Great video to work full body. Going to take a shower now... :D

I did this , the first day was crazy , my heart began beating after I finished , took my bath but I was still sweating, but I had a beautiful night rest . Doing it again today , posting my everyday result if I am less busy

The second day similar to the first day , the workout leaves you exhausted , your legs becomes weak , after five minutes rest , you get better , but it’s strange that for a 10 minutes workout , you sweat a lot

I did this exercise for one week , but I have been busy with work , so I have not really exercised for a week now , I will be resuming this exercise today again just to challenge myself, the noticeable difference I found after one week of this exercise is this : I am quicker on my feet , I react faster especially when getting up from bed , I have lot of stored energy . Have no idea where it’s coming from . I will continue this workout and post my results

I basically do weight training as my main main exercise. I am replacing aerobic exercise with this hiit exercise because I cannot run due to bad knees. I maintain my body with weight training 4 days a week, and I do this kind of exercise along with filming for about 2 days. ^ ^
