    carmen cangemi I just rented out studio space in this video, so the space and barres aren’t mine. Amazon has a ton of great portable ballet barre options! 😘

    Thank you for this video. I have a question:do this kind of workout help to lose weight, do they boost metabolism though they're not cardio? or it's just a way to stay in shape for ourbusiest days?

    Vicky K In order to lose weight you need to burn more calories than you’re intaking. So ANYTHING that gets you on your feet and moving will burn calories! This workout isn’t high intensity, so maybe you wouldn’t burn AS MANY calories as you would in a HIIT workout let’s say...but great low impact workouts like these will still get your heart rate up and allow you to really engage in all muscle groups while strengthening, stretching, and toning 👍🏼
