to tell the truth, i did only 15-16 minutes of this workout for three weeks, i also run in evening 2 km, 20k steps a day overall. I've been seeing the result even in first week. In second week my weight was 58.20. Last five days i was not doing any workout, wasn't running everyday, but i have had a diet - calorie deficit. It was easy. My goal was 55.00 kg:) Today my weight is 54.50! i am so happy🎉 i am celebrating it

I am 5 weeks in doing these types of exercises, I only started this belly one last week and I already see a difference. I tried my wedding dress on and it fits, and I still have till October. My biggest worry was it would not after being pregnant for 2 months and loosing the baby. I'm over 40, and have had 2 kids, over weight my whole life and I just decided I'm going to start sculpting my body, strengthen it and get into the shape I have wanted my whole life. Not to be super skinny but healthy, strong and sculpt the curves I know are there. It's starting, it's begun and I could not be happier. First time getting results in my life. Hard work, but so rewarding. Keep going soul fit sisters. 💪 we keep encouraging each other, keep going. You too can do it.

i was overweight once upon a time, tried lots of diets, slimming pills and teas, none of them worked, fortunately someone actually recommended agoge diet to me, never been happy with my weight loss journey
I want to stay motivated so I will be writing every day after exercise today is my day 1 and I feel tired😢 Day 2 I feel a lot of pain but I felt weirdly satisfied after exercising 🤯 Day 3 my whole body is sore and It was really hard to do it today I was about to give Up😥 Day 4 I don't feel so much pain like previous days and its normally takes me an 1h and few minutes to finish this exercise but today I was able to finish it within 40 minutes 💃🏽 Day 5 no pain but I had hard time to finish it😅😭 I'm glad I did it Day 6 done and feeling happy that I don't feel sore any more 4 more days to go to take some measurements. Day 7😍😍😍 Day 8 💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽 Day 9 mission accomplished 🤩 will come tomorrow with the results I'm so excited😅😅 Day 10 done💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽💃🏽 results: Weight-from 85kg to 79kg not bad😍😍😍 Waist- from 91cm to 78cm NB: I was also doing intermittent fasting I only had one nutritious meal per day which was dinner I'm gonna continue doing it for a month. I am happy with the results bye guys😍😍😍😍😍😍

@@theshadow6962 I felt alot of pain so I normally took breaks in between but my main goal was to finish the exercise it didn't matter for me that I took longer to finish it.. The first 3 days were hard but things got better..I do still feel pain during the exercises but it disappears right after few minutes which was not the case on first 3 days.

After 4 consistent days my tummy is a lot smaller and tighter. This works. But you have to do it right. They look easy but when you follow the instructions on how to do them you sweat a lot but this really works. Will keep doing

While i am doing the 1st exercise it's hurting my knees am i doing it wrong. Someone has to put the tutorial with correct way of doing this exercise
OK, 2 months ago I came across this video. I was sceptical at the start. It was actually a lot more intense than I thought. It was a struggle for the first 3 days and it got easier. I actually felt silly while doing this and I couldn't stop laughing on the first 3mins....I quickly realised that it was a lot harder than it looks 😅 Key is to breath while doing every crunch. I can finally say, this actually works. I started at 72kgs and now 55kgs. I added 2kg dumbbells while doing this. Only 2kg dumbbells on each hand. If only I can post photos of before and after and week per week result I would. But this actually works.

@@9u_lrI eat healthy foods low in carbohydrates, low in sugar, low in salt and not fatty, avoid packaged snacks and sugary drinks, also consistently live a healthy life that makes me successful in losing weight. Exercising 30-40 minutes a day from this channel is very helpful♥️♥️♥️

I started the workout on Saturday 8/10/2022 and now is my 7th day 14/10/2022. So far I have when from 77.1kgs to 74.1kgs. If you just started the work out. I encourage you to continue pushing yourself and start eating clean, more vegetables and fruits. 13 of June Monday I just started I do really want to exercise there is lots of exercise I saw on u- tube but I'm not interested in too and than I see this exercise and it's really touch me to do it cos of my stomach that my sister use to say it's a family pack any way I'm having an operation within my baby and I'm in the age of 45 and I like this exercise God bless u with Ur teaching within Ur teachinics.

trying this out and will be updating my experience! day 1 - pretty good! had a hard time doing some of the moves because i wasn’t sure if i was doing them correctly… didnt sweat too much! day 2 - finished! i think im gonna do it again tonight! day 3 - wasn’t able to work out again on the second day but i just finished ding this again today. was a little tougher today (maybe because i did an arm workout also). my thighs were also extra sore and i got a cramp when doing the twisting crunch exercise. day 4 - was also pretty sore today (especially my knees and ankle)… still pretty good tho! i didn’t work up too much of a sweat and i also ended the last exercise thirty second early day 5- was a good workout! i did this, and an arm and face workout! definitely building stamina because i can do some exercises longer without taking a five second break in between! i went to try to start doing this 2x a day but i might have to do that on the weekends only… day 6 - wasn’t feeling good so i didn’t do it today :(( day 7 - i got tired way earlier today when i did this. but i also did an arm exercise, half of another ab exercise, and cardio dance workout. i’ve noticed that my mood is way better! day 8 - good workout!! day 9 - ok so i started a workout routine: dance cardio for 10 mins, half of the alexis ren workout, this workout video, an arm workout, and if i have time, a face workout… so far so good! i’m just hoping i stick with it😅 day 10 - didn’t do the full workout today! day 11 - skipped today day 12 - every time i do this one i get a really bad cramp Lmaoaoos but i’ve been doing other workouts! day 13 - today was my rest day! day 14 - literally didn’t do it AHH i’ve been rlly busy 😭😭 day 15 - didn’t do it

@@mahabhuvana3566 hi!! thank u sm! i do the 15 min arm flab workout by Hailey C, slim face workout by MIZI, kpop dance workout by MadFit. And depending on the day I do the 10 min ab workout by alexis ren! i have tried replacing snacks with a lot of sugar and fats with healthier ones! so far, i’ve noticed that i’m more energetic after working out. i can’t see a huge difference in my body but i definitely feel the burn and sweat! i think as long as i keep it up and eat foods with more fiber+protein, ill see results :) hope this helps !!

@@CarryMinati-ny4rf do it only once a day for the beginners coz it’s a little difficult in the beginning, but don’t give up. It’s ok even if you are exhaustingly tired in between take small breaks but don’t sit and don’t drink water and continue it, it really works like magic. I’m doing it too. I can see the effect. Be patient and work hard.

This is my first day of workout.. it's amazing..
day 1: done 317 calories spent by my watch day 2: done 297 calories with fewer breaks day 3: skip..walked a bit,but consumed 400 calories more than what my diet says day 4: done 325 calories within 30.5 minutes

drinking a glass of water as i woke up. then doing exercise. after 30 mins. taking my breakfast. When i have vacant time in the evening i do this an hour before i sleep.
This work out is really simple, entertaining and it works too. I'm loving it 😍

Day 1 of this workout :Really thought it would be easy but yoh! Only managed to do it for 17 mins .I sweated alot.The skin on my tummy is kinda painful when I try to pinch it . Day 2:The workout was a whole lot easier actually did the whole full time work out but I cheated on the last work out cause it's kinda hard.Could actually feel my belly heating up from the inside.My back was painful still adjusting to the work out . Day 3: Gaining much more endurance and momentum.Thinking of incorporating a low carb diet or intermittent fasting .The major challenge is preparing the mind for dieting 😂😂.Well you can't see quicker results without dieting.
Okay I will start today with this I'm 87 kg right now, I will tell you the difference after 2 weeks 💕💃🏻

I did it in the morning, ive got pain in my leg in the afternoon. But seems effective, after the exercise it seems my stomach gets thinner. The last step is too hard for me. I cant do 2mins for 1 foot.. i just alternate it. I hope i can do this exercise tomorrow

It really works. I'm doing this for more than a week, and everyone notices my abs is getting slimmer. Although I haven't felt it yet, I tried putting on my shorts that can't fit on me anymore the last time I tried it on, but now it fits perfectly. Thanks! I'm gonna continue doing this until I get my desired abs.

Okay taking this chellenge I will add at the beginning that not only exercises are performed. In addition, I drink coffee with lemon to speed up metabolism and do not eat between meals. WEIGHT - 61 kg RISE - 160 cm BELLY - 74 cm ( In circuit ) Start : July 20 Day 1 - ✔️- It wasn't that hard, (it didn't seem difficult.) Day 2 - ✔️ - Now it was hard. My hips hurt that I couldn't do even the simplest movements. Day 3 - ✔️ - In order not to get tired so quickly, I ate ice, which by the way made me not thirsty (my boyfriend insisted that I drink water during exercise anyway). Day 4 - ❌ - I didn't feel well today. Unfortunately, I got sick and couldn't do the exercises. Day 5 - ✔️ - okay! I don't feel more pain. I'm waiting for next day. !Sorry, I forgot to publish the results! Day 6 - ✔️ - Done! There were a few breaks, but it's okay Day 7 - ✔️ - The last exercise I did a little differently because I no longer had the strength ... But I did it anyway Day 8 - ✔️ - Done! But I was so tired that I immediately went to bed haha Day 9 - ✔️ - It was hard, I can feel everything flowing after me. Day 10 - ✔️ - I'm done for today. And I didn't even drink water at the end. Somehow I does not feel wet. Day 11 - ✔️ - OMG It's over so far, I did everything with a big smile! Okay! 11 days have passed. The weight did not change, but I lost 4 centimeters in my stomach! I'M SO HAPPY! I will continue to practice Probably another 100 days. After this time, I will come back here and tell you how much I managed to lose weight!

I started this today. Will update every week. I would like to tell you that while doing this you'll sweat alot and your thighs and knees will end up burning like crazy. 10 October 2023 Day 1: Done ✅ It's my day 1 And I am burned. Today's weight 63.8kg 11 October 2023 Done with day 2 ✅ It was not smooth, I was struggling, my heart rates were sky-high, my heart was pumping, and I could feel the sweet all over my body. Last workout like everyone said was difficult to lift the left leg. I couldn't catch up the animated person doing the workout perfectly that's because I am not in shape like animated person. There is lot of belly fat and overweight, so it's difficult to do it perfectly. But I promise myself that one day it will be perfect without any breaks or letting your heart normalise. One day it will happen, and till then I will workout sincerely. Because it's necessary for me. 12 October 2023: 2 to 2.30pm Day 3 done successfully ✅ Oh Lord, bless my thighs and heart. My hear rates were jumping too much. I had fun doing it. It was hard, I was sweating, I was feeling my heart racing fast, I wanted to pause midway. It was fun. Do it again. Compared to yesterday there was a progress. I could continue exercise, without pausing for more than a minute. I didn't need to stop in between the exercise. I didn't sit during the workout. I was standing from start to finish of my workout. It was worthwhile. I know my belly is going to vanish, all I need to do is to continue doing this workout every single day. Skipping Sunday is big no no because working out gives me good hormones, so why skip them especially when all the time is yours. So I promise myself to continue daily. My momma told me even though the duration is less, you should do it regularly when I asked about if I can lose my belly fat. So I am just going to listen to her. I can do this. I got this. Let's meet tomorrow. 14 October 2023: Day 4 ✅ First workout killed me and I also killed first workout. My thighs were killing me, but I told myself that its a part of process, so I killed it straight for absolutely 3 minutes. Way to go girl. Second workout done. And thats ny fav. I could notice I was able to contract my abs, which I struggled to take it inside because lot of fat. But i could contract them today. May be it's progress, who is the judge anyway. I am taking 30 days challenge without skipping a single day and ill tell at the end of my challenge what significant changes I have faced. Till then you have long way to go baby girl. You got this. Keep killing. Third exercise done successfully and i did 175 Moves of third exercise, pretty challenging and pretty good. Racing heart and sore thighs were constant but I nailed it thoroughly in those 3 minutes non-stop. It was not easy but fun at the same time. You go girl. 4th exercise done. My abs were burning. I promise myself that one day I will be able to see my belly without the fat. My nephew told me that she is taking her belly inside, I told her I have fat instead 😂 5th exercise of today's was the hardest one for me. I could feel the teaching heart of mine. It was literally hardest one so far. But let's do the next ones now. 6th one done. It was okay okay. I think I got habituated of the same because its thrice in a single routine. 7th one is disastrous. I had paused 5 times for few seconds. And its only right leg cross lift. Left leg cross lift will be deadly. Hardest exercise so far bdw. Lets kill this whatsoever. I am absolutely done wity todays exercise. And miracle miracle I only stopped twice in the last exercise. It was good one. I know my belly fat is burning 🥵 tremendously and within 30 days of consistent efforts i will shape my belly into thinner version. I know this thing. Just the target 🎯 is to be absolutely consistent and I know I am the most consistent person you will ever see. Let's do this again, tomorrow. See ya till then. 15 October 2023: Day 5 ✅ I was on travel mode, so couldn't do this exercise. However I finished 30 minutes' lying workout. 17 October 2023: Day 6 ✅ First workout done ✅ Pelvis crunches Second workout done ✅ Criss cross Oblique, killing my obliques. Third workout Pelvis crunches: done ✅ and my thighs and my hands were deadly burning. I could tuck inside my belly fat. Thats improvement in my opinion. Fourth Done ✅ Criss cross Pelvis. Easily passed 3 minutes. Fifth ✅ I ate it and left no crumbs. 188 and elbow and pelvis standing crunches. This is the first time out of all days where I could finish this workout without pausing or stopping for single second, I did this nonstop within time frame and my abs were burning 🥵 I felt so nice and I am sweating 🥵 currently. At the end of my workout, I am dehydrated. Imma drinking water and continuing the rest. Let's go girl. Let's kill this remaining one. Sixth done Cross cross pelvis✅ and again my abs were killing me. I can feel the burn currently. Only two to go. Let's do this. Seventh ✅ Right leg OBLIQUE crunches - such a dreadly workout. I couldn't do it nonstop. I stopped twice to catch my breath and I could feel my pumping heart. Again I turned out to be dehydrated. The form was incorrect. I think this workout needs more training to do absolutely right. Last one to go. Let's kill this. Last exercise 😮✅🥵 Killed ke completely. For the first 1.25 minutes I was going good but later I was killed twice. Form was poor. Heart was pumping loudly. Very poorly done. However I was consistent in doing it. So good for me. Lets meet tomorrow. P. s. if i get some comment reply how I am doing that will be great. 18 October 2023 Day 7 ✅ First workout ✅ Thighs and arms dead. Could do it for nonstop 3 minutes. Sweaty feel + Second cross cross Pelvis workout - My abs were dead. Effective exercise it is really. Third pelvis crunches- Nonstop ✅ Thighs and arms dead. Belly fat + So couldn't do with perfection. Thought if it's even going to help in long run? Because I have decided to make it 30 days challenge. Wondered if I am doing it correctly, is it bad choice to start with this hard exercise? So many questions but the answers will be there at the end of 30th day. Till then I have to do this consistently. Fourth crisscross: Done ✅ don't know if I am doing it correctly or not, so much belly fat is there. Can't say anything regarding it. Fifth elbow knee crunches-✅ 191 times✅ Non-stop ✅ Dehydrated ✅ Fun workout it was. Sweaty 🥵✅ Fifth Workout and remaining exercises done ✅ Last exercise left leg was very poor, before that right leg was okay okay. Before that exercise was okayish. Anyhow I am done wkth Today's. Thank you for showing up. 19/10/2023 Day 8: Done ✅ First workout: Done with bang. Nonstop. Sweaty 🥵 and yes perfection ✅ Hell yeah I am going to get my desired body in a month only, only if I stay consistent with my this workout which I will make pretty sure thG I am consistent. Second workout realisation: Do whole workout in front of mirror covering you fully, so that you can see how it is, if it's working or not. Its kinda motivating to look yourself in front of mirror and imagining your future abs. Its worth killing yourself for. 168 Elbow pelvis crunches. *Dead* Last two workouts are still improper, discontinuous and not perfect. I have long way to go. There is a lot of scope for improvement. Still I am proud of you for showing up despite you travelled and had only 3 hours sleep and you did after long tiring day post your work. 193 Elbow pelvis crunches✅ 22 October 2023 Day 9: Done ✅ However I regreet doing this hardest workout which have long 3 minutes routine. How a normal person can do this for long straight 3minutes? But because I started it i will do it for 31 days that is one month, after that I will stop doing this and will go on some other easily but effective workout. Although easy and effective doesn’t exist, LOL. 24 October 2023: Done ✅ 26 October 2023: Done ✅ Completely slipped last 2 exercises. Standing crunches made my heart raced super fast and I sweated 🥵 uff. It was killing me to do it non-stop for 3 minutes but I said myself you can give yourself 3 minutes for yourself out of your 24 hours and I killed it 🥵 Super proud of me. Lol. I did y workout from 12 to 12.20am.

Day 1: This workout made me sweat like crazy. Second workout was confusing haha but i will get it in time. leg workout my leg kept getting heavier and cramping a lot since i set on computer a lot so more problems with circulation. I hope to see result or in this cause just to have more bloodflow in my legs.

I started doing this last year from her original vid & I did notice a difference, but I stopped 😢. I started doing intermittent fasting 16/8 method in August & I went from 174 to 161 currently. Im going to start this again in combination with intermittent fasting & see how it goes.
