Been doing this everyday for about 36- 40 mins it's helping me lose weight I'm so happy been struggling with my weight gain due to my depression

I take my coffee and tea without milk and sugar for six months ready. I lost my weight to 60.9kg from 73 kg. I am going to do this exercise for 9 min everyday to loose weight

Yes you will get there! I'm 130 but I'm a minor so it's still overweight and at this point, the flapping around is not noticed 😂

Been doing this for a month for only 6min everyday and 15min easy yoga, Fasting for 9hrs Which fits into my normal eating habits anyway. My life style is some what active also. Working 5-6 hrs but nothing physical. I still eat maccas and carbs (moderately) and still lost.. 2cm under bust, 8cm around my waist 13cm around my stomach 1cm around my butt. It does work. Even at the bear minimum.
Currently 76kg, hoping to slim down to 50kg! I’m already feeling the burn
I am 1.51cm and weigh 88kg, after 16 minutes of this, I can't take it anymore for today, I won't throw in the towel, I will do it daily until I reach 49kg. It makes me sweat a lot and that's good because I burn fat. After my face is like a tomato, and being completely covered in sweat, I can say that I am going to take a shower so that it will be a new day tomorrow. I hope to reach my ideal weight with this. I've tried everything! ;(, even the ice or princess diet, but I learned that it consists of exercise and healthy diets, I won't give up!

I am 78kg and I will do this for a week and tell results(I do soccer on top of this and in a calorie deficit of 400) Day one: super challenging, got a ton of cramps but can feel the burn
This works!!! From August 1st upto today I've lost 18lbs!! Doing this everyday shows results you just have to stick with it!!

@@sarishnasingh9601 Yes, I exercised for 30 mins each day. It works better for me a night right before bed, I sleep better. As of today I went from 255 to 219. Also I did lose inches in my hips thighs and back.

Basically the problem of being overweight is found in the stomach, everything we eat or drink affects our entire body and consequently the stomach expands.
I do this now its so hard Gosh.
How much i have to fold my knee..i can do this workout any time i mean after breakfast or dinner how much gap needed..

120° you have to fold and you have to do this exercise before breakfast means early morning or evening at 4:00 pm
