Ok guys i'm going to try it for next 30days every days I will update it Day 1= very pain ful neck hurt Day 2=fells easier than yesterday but still it's hurt Day 3=its going better easier than day 1and2 I think it's forming Day 4= it's really going well no more pain but stomach hurt when I sit or stand it's going good Day 5= its going very easy maybe its forming Day 6= i'm doing it good I think it's forming stomach hurt also stopped Day 7= this day is good day I can see it's popping out babyyyy❤ Day-8= ok honestly this is the best I will Dag 9= the progress is going well It's forming Day 10= it poped out littel bit Day 11= yooooooo it's poped out more than day 10

Day1:hurts like hell and hard Day2:feels easier than yesterday day but still hurting Day3:same as day two Day4:feels lot better no hurting this day I do 2 sets Day5-8:same as day4 (I’ll update the prowess everyday)

Yeah me bro, I think we are focusing the push of the rep in the neck to use all of our body’s muscles, but it tenses the neck, try to use more your abs bro
2 months ago i was did cardio for 1 month ( 30 mins cardio in that channel ) , after 1 month i did this ab workout, and rn i can see my abs for little bit ( i was 52 kg, rn i 46 kg )

Hello, i am a 15 year old starter, do you have any tips for me ?
Day 1: finished it while already tired from work and bad sleep. Had a nice pump. More coming. Day 2: wasnt that hard, feel good. Only that reverse planking exercise feels odd, only feel it in my arms/ shoulders. I might change that for another. Day 3: very hard, very hot, very tired but i got all of them. Range of motion much better. Day 4: hot af but i managed, abs actually showing a bit. Day 5: very hard, hurt, hate it. Day 6: actually abs a bit before workout, even more after. Stomach is flatter. Day 7: was hard but i really see it developing. Ill get it done. Day 8: need to Burn some more fat but i can see them Day 9: feels good, more control, more burn, very hard. Day 10: fuck yeah, stay hard Day 11: really sour and tired but got it done. Day 12: had a party with drinks and lazy all day, Trained the day after and was really really hard Day 13: check Day 14: amazing control and power, feels good. Day 15: check Day 16: check
I think it's going to hurt to laugh now 😂
