#1 Superfood Powder that Heals Your Body & Skin | Dr. Mandell

Cacao is extremely high in antioxidants, which help protect your cells from oxidation and aging. Raw cacao contains more than 20x’s the amount of antioxidants in blueberries (ORAC value score). It's packed with flavonoids. These nutrients have been shown to help lower blood pressure and improve blood flow to the brain and heart.
Cacao improves circulation and hydration in the skin. Circulation stimulates new blood flow to the surface of the skin, keeping it healthy and glowing
Cacao is a potent anti-inflammatory, it soothes redness and blemishes, improving the skin’s complexion.
Cacao has high amounts of iron and magnesium and is the richest food source of these nutrients.

After reading a few of the comments I have updated my thumbnail so there will not be any type of conflict on how one perceives viewing it. Cacao is one of the strongest antioxidants foods on the planet. This is strictly an educational video to correlate the food that can help you internally as well as externally. There are hundreds of thousands of people that use this as a mask worldwide. The purpose of this video is to help you, your family and your loved ones. Please do not look into it any further than that. I do not have that type of heart to hurt anyone in any way. Let’s just look at people for who they are on the inside and keep it only as that. I am here to see peace and love in all of us. I hope you have a beautiful day! Dr. Mandell

Dr. NEVER let the haters get you down. We who matter appreciate you 3000 cubed. And let me point out to reader's what a genuine man this man is. You will notice he took pains to not show the brand label of the cacao and he always does that. He is no doubt swamped in product placement offers which would pay him MASSIVELY, yet he has never sold himself or us out, sticking to giving good information rather than becoming beholden to product placement sponsors. Bless you Doc. Thanks and KEEP MOVING FORWARD!

Wow, all I saw was a chocolate mask and laughed because I knew it was supposed to be healthy. Why do people always jump and think it's derogatory? Dr... I am sorry you had to have ignorant people react like that. We know you aren't an idiot or racist. If those people see it, it's their problem because it's in their hearts and that's what they want to see. Love your helpful tips. ❤

Back in the day, lynching era, black mothers will tell their sons to stay woke, meaning, be aware, be awake, be vigilant, that’s the meaning of “woke “. People are trying to change the meaning , like it’s bad to be woke. It’s not a bad thing. Stay woke.

Just try and stay neutral while encouraging Dr. Mandela. Otherwise you’ll sound like a troublemaker

This answers my request last week about getting healthy, glowing skin up top. With a shaved head I always want it to shine and look so healthy. Good to know that it doesnt stain. Dont do this with Tumeric, as that will definitely stain. Do this for 20-30 minutes before taking a shower and youll feel great after.

I had never seen a cacao pod until last year. But I've enjoyed chocolate for decades. I'm amazed how it was grown and used. It was good to see that it can be used as skincare as well. It's so interesting to me that years ago I had a Dr recommend that I eat papaya to help the body digest food. Then I learned that there were people who applied it topically as a mask to help the skin. I'm amazed how so many of our foods can benefit us in various ways. There's even a KZread channel of a man that takes essential oils like tea tree and looks at their ability to kill germs under a microscope. So thank you for making this video. I didn't know that cacao also has iron in it. This was very helpful.

I put cacao in my coffee every single day. I make a low calorie iced mocha with espresso, unsweetened almond milk, cacao powder, cinnamon and a teaspoon or two of sugar (sometimes I'll add a splash of coffee creamer to make it a little thicker and creamier, too). It really tastes amazing and as good as any Starbucks drink - with a fraction of the calories and cost lol. Thanks for the info in the video. Now I feel even better about my morning mochas!
