Scientifically Proven: Destroys Cancer Cells, Heals Fatty Liver, Clears Arteries | Dr. Mandell

Turmeric, and its active compound curcumin, have gained recognition for their remarkable health benefits, particularly in fighting serious medical conditions. Curcumin has been scientifically proven to possess potent anti-cancer properties, helping to destroy cancerous cells and inhibit tumor growth. Its powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects make it effective in healing and reversing fatty liver disease by reducing liver inflammation and improving liver function. Additionally, curcumin supports cardiovascular health by clearing and preventing the buildup of arterial plaques, thereby promoting healthy blood flow and reducing the risk of heart disease. Furthermore, the anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric extend to respiratory health, helping to alleviate lung-related conditions such as asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Incorporating turmeric or curcumin supplements into your daily routine can provide these impressive health benefits, making it a powerful ally in the fight against various chronic diseases and in promoting overall well-being.
Turmeric has most often been used by adults in doses of 500 mg up to 1500 mg daily. Always best to speak with a healthcare provider to find out what dose might be best for a specific condition.

Here is a detailed explanation of how turmeric and its active compound curcumin can fight cancer cells:
Curcumin, the active compound in turmeric, has been extensively studied for its ability to combat cancer through various mechanisms. Firstly, curcumin exhibits strong anti-inflammatory properties by inhibiting various molecules involved in inflammation, which is a key factor in cancer development. Chronic inflammation creates a conducive environment for cancer cells to thrive and spread.
Moreover, curcumin acts as a powerful antioxidant, neutralizing free radicals that can damage cellular DNA and lead to cancerous mutations. By reducing oxidative stress, curcumin helps protect cells from the kind of damage that can initiate and promote cancer.
Curcumin also directly affects cancer cells through the modulation of multiple signaling pathways that are crucial for cell division and survival. It has been shown to induce apoptosis, a process of programmed cell death, specifically targeting cancer cells while leaving healthy cells unharmed. This selective induction of apoptosis is significant because it helps to eliminate cancer cells without causing extensive damage to normal tissues.
Additionally, curcumin inhibits angiogenesis, the process by which new blood vessels form to supply nutrients to tumors. By blocking angiogenesis, curcumin effectively starves tumors of the essential nutrients needed for their growth and metastasis.
Furthermore, curcumin can interfere with various growth factors and enzymes, such as matrix metalloproteinases, which play a role in cancer invasion and metastatic spread. This disruption helps to prevent cancer from spreading to other parts of the body.

Furthermore, curcumin can interfere with various growth factors and enzymes, such as matrix metalloproteinases, which play a role in cancer invasion and metastatic spread. This disruption helps to prevent cancer from spreading to other parts of the body. Clinical studies and trials have demonstrated that curcumin can enhance the effectiveness of traditional cancer treatments like chemotherapy and radiation therapy while reducing their adverse side effects. This makes curcumin a valuable adjunct in cancer therapy, potentially improving treatment outcomes and patients' quality of life. In summary, curcumin fights cancer cells through its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects, induction of apoptosis, inhibition of angiogenesis, and interference with cell signaling pathways and growth factors. By incorporating curcumin-rich turmeric into your diet or as a supplement, you can harness these anti-cancer benefits and support your body’s defense against this formidable disease. **************************** Here is a detailed paragraph on how turmeric helps heal fatty liver disease: Turmeric, particularly its active compound curcumin, has shown significant promise in healing and reversing fatty liver disease. Curcumin exhibits potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, which are crucial in reducing liver inflammation and oxidative stress-both key factors in the development and progression of fatty liver disease. By lowering the levels of inflammatory cytokines and inhibiting the activity of inflammatory enzymes, curcumin helps to protect liver cells from damage. Additionally, curcumin improves lipid metabolism by enhancing the activity of liver enzymes involved in fat breakdown and reducing the accumulation of fat in the liver. This results in decreased liver fat content and improved liver function. Moreover, curcumin's ability to enhance insulin sensitivity and regulate blood glucose levels further aids in preventing fat buildup in the liver, particularly in individuals with metabolic syndrome or type 2 diabetes. Through these combined actions, turmeric effectively supports liver health, promotes the healing of fatty liver disease, and aids in the overall maintenance of liver function.

Here is the recipe I use for Golden Paste followed by the Golden Milk recipe 1 1/2 cups of boiling water 1/2 cup of Organic turmeric powder 1 1/2 tsp of black pepper 5 tblsp of virgin coconut oil In a stainless steel pot, bring your water to boil add in the turmeric & black pepper... stirring constantly until it forms a thick paste (7-10 minutes) Remove from heat and stir in the virgin coconut oil. Put into a glass jar with a lid, store it in the refrigerator. Original recipe says store up to 2 weeks, but I added extra water so that the mixture cooked a little longer and it lasts in the fridge for 2 or more months. Too make the Golden Milk: 1 1/2 - 2 cups of coconut milk( not canned) or your choice of milk 1 - 1 1/2 tsp of golden paste 1 tsp honey In a stainless steel pot, heat until steaming (but do not boil) milk with Golden paste stirred into it. Pour it into your mug and add honey to taste. Absolutely Delicious!! Thanks Dr. Mandell

I put 1 teaspoon of Tumeric, Ginger, and Cinnamon with 1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne pepper and ground black pepper into a smoothy with blueberries, mango, and banana and a tablespoon of raw honey. I am also adding 2ml of the Lionsmaine oil now. with 250ml of milk. blended up it's like the first meal of the day for me after fasting for 10-12hrs. My knees and joints don't ache. I also have a tablespoon of coconut oil which I melt in my mouth and swallow it straight. I also cook my rice with turmeric and oregano..

How about that, I've been doing it the best way possible. Trying to figure out how to include Turmeric in to our diet I started adding it to our salad. I started growing bean sprouts and using them as a base for our salad. I saute red peppers, red onions, sweet peppers, jalapeno peppers, and garlic cloves in single source olive oil. Once that gets cooking down I started adding Turmeric and was occasionally adding pepper (will add all the time now). Putting all that on top of the bean sprouts with some more raw red onions. It's really good stuff and pretty much a meal by itself. The biggest thing I've learned on this "rebirth" journey is that there are so many things to include in a healthy diet. The trick is figuring out ways to put them together in a single meal.
