We do a warm up, followed by 3 'rounds' of exercises, broadly split, lower body, with some combination upper body moves. Upper body, with some lower body too and lastly core, with some upper body too! I like a combination exercise.
This is all low impact, I'm using a mic and there is background music!
Suitable for use with your dumbbells, or a kettlebell or a weight plate.
