  I didn’t realize that my mind strayed far from my faith. Only took personal and work loss to get to that point. Now that I feel born again with this new perspective, it’s heartbreaking to be a witness to the state of the world right now. I find it all selfish, ignorant, greedy, and silly. People are dying based on disagreements and there’s too much yelling and not enough listening… A lot of these “leaders” too claim to be faithful and commit atrocities the next. Isn’t the message for all religions the same? The answer to everything is Love…but I don’t see it… I can only pray for a better future…one where people are receptive and can learn and accept the mistakes of the past.

  This beautiful meditation gave me a sense of peace and stillness I haven’t experienced in other guided meditations. I understand the importance in breath-focused meditation but usually experience interference from my ego: “Am I doing this correctly, etc.”. What I found here was an experience of calm and focus without evaluative thinking. I am so happy to have stumbled across this. THANK YOU!!❤❤❤

  Always such beautiful readings. Have you considered doing some from the Christian East? Church fathers perhaps? I would be more than happy to provide you with some names or a compilation of quotes if you have any interest in those types of topics. I do this out of no more than wanting to share such profound spiritual teachings to others. I find that we in the Christian west often lack the beauty that the Christian east has kept up for millennium. God bless.

  She was persecuted by The Church for this form of prayer. They would lose fewer people if their mystics were not obscured. Growing up Catholic I knew nothing about this contemplative, heart-centered devotion..

  sometimes I listen and it goes into my logic and reason .. when im more rested it goes straight to the heart. So thankful for this process, Often I have to ask to what person is this logic and reason attached too 🤣
