One thing to note though i always cook the hand pulled dough in a separate pot of water 💦 cos i find that if i cook them altogether with the rest of the vegetables the soup becomes too starchy and thick and my family doesn't like it 😅

All purpose flour-1 cup(for double 1x2=2 cups) Salt 1/4 tsp(for double 1/4×2=2/4tsp) Mix Water 1/3 cup(for double 1/3×2=2/3 Mix and knead Cover it and leave it for 15 mins. Then knead again until it's soft Then cover it up again and leave it for more 15 minutes Knead again for some time then split the dough into half Roll them into ball and then flatten it Cover/coat them with cooking oil Cover it with cling film and let it rest for 2 hrs FINALLY cut the dough into long straps and stretch each one of them And boil it Lastly add any spices u like(or as it's given)
