CHURSHIP - TIBETAN DRIED CHEESE | HOW TO MAKE TIBETAN DRIED CHEESE | CHURSHIP RECIPE
Churship is a different form of Tibetan dried cheese. It's made in the same way as regular dried cheese. But instead of forming the cheese into blocks, they're broken into small pieces and dried. Churship is usually had with tsampa or some other sweet dishes.
