Ingredients:
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
All-purpose flour - 1 tbsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Paneer/Cottage cheese - 230g
Kashmiri red chilli mixture - (Kashmiri red chilli powder 1 tbsp, water 2 tbsp)
Corn flour slurry - (Cornflour 1 tbsp, water 2 tbsp)
Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped ginger & garlic - 1 tbsp
Sliced green chilli - 4 pieces
Onion - 1 medium size
Red and green bell pepper - 1/2 piece each
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt as required
Tomato ketchup - 2 tbsp
Red chilli sauce - 1 tbsp
Dark soy sauce - 1/2 tbsp
Spring onion - 2 tbsp
