thank u for ur answer, I have damage from Coolpeel Co2 laser, don’t know what to do from where should I start, It was last month when i did and now have hyper pigmentation, am so afraid to use hydroquinone bcs it can make it worse, actually am afraid even using normal creams and can’t trust anyone any more 😢

I wouldn't necessarily say the building is for families with small children, I think it's geared more for young adults. I would say look in North Park, Little Italy, Hillcrest, University Heights, as some of those areas are more suburban and walkable.

Yes you should be able to take canned food! We took dry food to make it easier, and it wasn't an international flight or anything so I had a feeling they wouldn't even be hungry.

Great review! Curious about Diega's guest policy, if any? At our current apartment, we're allowed only 4 guests and we're big on hosting friends and family, so we've always felt this was super limiting.

If you rent out a party space, there's a limit on how many ppl the rooms can accommodate, but it's pretty large. If you're at the pool, I believe it's two guests per resident. There's also guest parking on the first floor, but this is very limited unfortunately. But if you mean just bringing guests over to your place, or to the other common spaces, it's pretty relaxed!

People with darker complexions aren't supposed to get laser hair removal. Right off the bat they should have told you tou are not a good canidate for laser. Lasers attack pigment. That is how they destroy the hair follicle. That is why grey hairs can't be lasered. If you are a darker complexion your best opinion is electrolysis. I am so sorry this happened to you.

Your skin was tanned!! You need to wait for a few weeks to get your laser done. Tanned skin absorbs more laser energy and causes burns

That's a great question! I have only toured 525 Olive in Bankers Hill, and that's higher than your range, so I don't have any personal experience with what you're looking for. But Bankers Hill in general, I actually really enjoy. Close proximity to Balboa Park, some really cool Victorian houses, cute cafes, definitely a chill vibe!

I got second-degree burns on both legs. I told them I tan very easily, and I've noticed that they don't ask if you've tanned, but I feel that it's their job to ask. At the time, I still had tan lines from a vacation eight months ago. Initially, my experience was great for the first few sessions until a new technician failed to calibrate the machine correctly. I told her it was hurting more than usual, but she brushed it off until I finally insisted that I was done. She wanted me to finish, but I refused. The next day, I had burn marks all over. Putting on pants and taking a shower was excruciating. Some places just hire anyone with minimal training. If I ever decide to do laser hair removal again, I would honestly rather go to my dermatologist's office.

It's been a little over a year now, and I've purchased an at-home laser hair removal kit, so I'm hoping to get some decent results with that.

Do you get trolley train or plane noise at Diega? You prefer this area to little Italy?

Plane noise only when the weather makes the airport reverse the runway (so planes take off towards the east). Even then, it's not bad and I never mind it! No trolley noises at all. We prefer the area because it's close to the clubs/bars/night life of gaslamp. But the Little Italy area is lovely for day time walking/restaurants as well! Really depends on your vibe.

I'm shocked on how much rent is. My mortgage was $700 a month (bought in 2008). I paid off my townhouse 3 Octobers ago. I feel like young adults are wasting their future on rent.

@@EshiJay I agree with you. My sister lived in beautiful San Diego. Rent was crazy but houses were unaffordable. They ended up renting in Mira Mesa. Thank God for the Navy subsidy. DT would be cool to live for a young adult. Being able to walk to ballgames and comic con. We didn't have tickets to CC but just walking around seeing everyone dress up was cool.

4000/ month in rent and it isn’t a mortgage or a condo sheeesh 0:04 girl lol dammmmm!!!! Thank God I bought in downtown SD in 2021 when interest rates were in the 2% so I own not and not rent at 2477.49 a month. The Grande south highrise luxury condos is where I invested in It’s about 1000 sqft 1 bedroom 2 bathroom with downtown skyline/harbor views right between seaport village/harbor and little Italy with little to no homelessness. Girl for 4 grand I would own that money is thrown away in the past 22+ months. Remember you’re not getting any younger invest in realestate asap. Since buying I’ve accrued just over 200 grand in equity. Hence with all the events you’ve stated and more in your video. San Diego realestate is expensive but what a great investment for your future and family

The Grande south highrise luxury condos is where I invested in It’s about 1000 sqft 1 bedroom 2 bathroom with downtown skyline/harbor views right between seaport village/harbor and little Italy with little to no homelessness. Girl for 4 grand I would own that money is thrown away in the past 22+ months. Remember you’re not getting any younger invest in realestate asap. Since buying I’ve accrued just over 200 grand in equity. Hence with all the events you’ve stated and more in your video. San Diego realestate is expensive but what a great investment for your future and family

Sheeesh good I bought in 2021 when intreast rates were low. Rents are more than my mortgage on my condo downtown nowadays. I don’t think we will ever see 2% intreast rates ever in California at least
