@@EshiJay have you visited vantage point? Reviews have said all but 1 elevator is always broken and it takes forever to get down from higher floors. Just curious if it was fixed or not. Seems like a safety issue?

I've tried to visit in the past but they were at 100% occupancy so they didn't offer tours. Now they've dropped lower in reviews for sure, so not sure if it's worth trying again

I live in Vantage Pointe...next door to lit. Way nicer. Very similar priced and much newer.

Which building are you talking about, this one or the Rey?

Can you share your thoughts on Bankers Hills? I’m planning to move to SD soon, and looking for a 1br/1ba in the 2200-2500 price range. Is it possible to get a decent place in Bankers Hill in that range? I’d prefer Little Italy, but trying to stay south of $3k/mo. Thanks for any advice you can share!

That's a great question! I have only toured 525 Olive in Bankers Hill, and that's higher than your range, so I don't have any personal experience with what you're looking for. But Bankers Hill in general, I actually really enjoy. Close proximity to Balboa Park, some really cool Victorian houses, cute cafes, definitely a chill vibe!

What do you think of Modera?
