06 f250 here. Under the truck today and noticed a lot of the mounts just had a threaded stud with no bolt head Others had a bolt head like show on your body mounts. Im kot sure if they are missing something. Doesn’t look like a bolt head is broke off at all just a long threaded bolt going down

WOW! Great video! Thank you so much. My '03 probably has less pieces parts / connectors than this '13 Platinum, but hopefully it goes smoothly.

I opened my sunroof yesterday to that tell tale crunch like a potato chip… my heart sunk.😢. I just came because I couldn’t remember what T bit size I needed. Thanks for the detailed video.

Best video imaginable! Dealer quoted me over $4,000. Cost me less than $200 and did it in a weekend. 2010 king ranch, I recommend removing passenger seat as it makes it easier to remove the sunroof after the headliner is down, very tight fit!

Different plug yes, but not because someone skipped the hard side. It was OEM to have Denso on one side and NGK on the other for some Tacoma technical reason.

Gotta say, just used your instructions today on a 2013 Supercab. Your instructions were perfect. I found the supercab a little easier than a supercrew as I didn't take out any of the chairs, and I actually used the adjustable chair height/recline to assist me with lowering and raising the headliner and the moonroof, lol.

This removal tool just saved my @$$ on a 454 Chevy. Used an 3/8 extention with a 1/2' reducer on the 1/2" breaker bar. Fit in between headers and chassis. Thanks you for the info and video. Really neat tool. The best $17 dollars I spent in my life. 😃

Why is the hard to take off the rotor on both sides? I hit the rotors all around and still doesn’t come off.

Thanks for the guidance. I found I could get mole grips onto the stuck part, and remove without too much violence, just pulling upwards from the rim. Hopefully haven't done any damage.

Just did this on 2013 Silverado 4wd. If you don't want to remove the strut or ball joint, you can just remove the sway bar link and then drop the front diff. It is just two 18mm bolts and two 22mm nuts. Use your floor jack to support the diff and to raise it back up when you are done. You'll have to remove 1 of the lower strut mounting bolts to make some room as well. Much easier then removing entire strut or ball joint. Especially if you have an impact to remove those 2 nuts and 2 bolts.

Great detail and easy to follow directions… i have always worked on pre-computer controlled engines and was actually scared to try anything that was not a carburetor based, old school, engine. Thanks to your easy to follow directions i an quite confident that i too can maintain my own vehicles. Thanks

This instructional video was spot on. Made my alternator replacement a breeze. As an aside, I installed a new battery when replacing the blown alternator, which allowed the removal of the alternator under the upper heater hose and thru the battery box. Saved me $450
