Eat Sleep Dream English

Eat Sleep Dream English

Hello,

I'm Teacher Tom and I teach fresh modern British English to millions of people around the world.

My job is to help you fall in love with learning English, one video at a time.

My videos are designed to teach you the language that Brits love using, so that you can connect with the local people, express yourself more clearly and show your personality in English. My goal is to help you understand the world around you whether you live in the UK or want to visit one day.

Have a look through my channel and if you'd like to take your English to the next level with us, hit the subscribe button.

Hugs from London,
Teacher Tom

In Italy we have some: "Ci diamo una mossa?/ Ci muoviamo?/Che si fa, si va?". I know also a funny slang version from Prato (close to Florence): S'ha dì d'anda'?" 😁

Can't remember his handle/name, but that would be great from the announcement guy with his portable speaker. He's got some great ones, "no display of affection on the central line" to a pair kissing

Hi Tom, I must say that I loved this video. I definitely prefer the RP accent to any other, and the main reason for it is because it's easier and clearer for me to understand what people are talking. Thank you

I went to uni to Liverpool John Moores. Im Spanish, Asturias. And I love scouse because although sometimes is hard to get.... is really has the same musicality, the ts sound... as my regional language )Bable/Asturian) where we also mix and match Asturian worlds in Castillian. So, this feels like home to me and makes it easier for me to speak English without renouncing my homeland accent. Actually, when I was living there no one believed me when I said I'm Spanish, so imagine!!

Honestly feel sorry for Harry because people make fun of the way he speaks all the time. He clearly has a short tongue and he has a bite problem. Probably a crossbite. His teeth can't touch properly.

Hilarious! Thanks! My native language is Slavic so I actually was pronouncing "h" /x/ in English (I think I still do it sometimes) like Geoff Lindsey demonstrates here mimicking the Russian accent: kzread.info/dash/bejne/qZOep5ixXZTdfsY.html

The only person that has anything to say about marrying you was your girlfriend. You shouldn't ask the permission to marry her to someone else. This is a sexist tradition from where women were nothing and weren't not considered as people with a brain, the man had to ask the father instead of the person herself.
