  Japanese, although I just watched someone else's video and they think there's more to come this month, let's see! For English i think there is plenty of time for more reprints as well given how high the booster bundles are going for as well - but my point was mainly based around japanese

  These reprints are great! For long term collectors of sealed booster boxes, this gave us a chance to pick up some boxes that we missed on! I dont know if collecting the newer or old boxes are better because the newer boxes could have risks of reseal as it has the rip tag, but the older boxes may also hold risks for reseal.

  @@user-xu8zf9xm2v i think buying newer one is better as it’s still slowly trickling onto the market now and the less time a box has been out, the less chance it has to pass through multiple hands thereby reducing the risk.

  I just cannot get excited about Terastal pokemon at all. Crystal pokemon with hats just does not do it for me - I am sure there will be some lovely cards in Stella Crown and Terastal Festival but it is just a seasonal gimmick and honestly all the artwork for crystal pokemon illustration rares has been really boring in my honest opinion.

  Great great video! I love the analysis! I have done this as well but not all sets but most sets, Japanese wins percentage wise. I do agree that japanese wins, but it would be a total knock out if this video didn't come out during reprint/reprint rumors of japanese bb. and total knock out again if you included specialty sets since in japanese side, they have move 2x-3x msrp, while in english they barely moves.

  i think there are some fantastic cards in the era, people don’t like the Tera gimmick which is fair but in 2025 i think we’ll have mega evo cards so i would reserve judgment until the end of the era

  Pokemon people go in circles they are hyped then hate them hyped when they can find much of it anymore. People like SV hence why multiple billions of more cards per year are being printed than SH and we still need reprints to keep up with demand

  Agree with you on the English alt arts it's too hot rn when everyone piling in its better to look at less attractive plays and wait. Fomo tends to burn us learned alot from 2020 hype. Patiences is key everything that pumps up comes down eventually. Japanese is awesome right now ppl are fearful of reprints but prices are so affordable compared to English..   Thank you for being open with your losses, it’s really refreshing to see we all take L’s at times. One of mine was the eevee hero gym box I opened it and sold the contents when it was around £350 a few weeks later it shot up to £1000 odd 😬

  out of cyber judge, wild force, mask of change, crimson haze, violet base and night wanderer, which 4 boxes would you say is the best of these 4 for long term holds? I personally would go for wild force, crimson haze, mask of change and violet base, but just want to hear your ideas too! i feel like japanese boxes are so cheap now!!!!

  i would put night wanderer at the bottom of the list as you have done, not a fan of the SARs in there apart from Casseiopia and the box art is also the weakest

  So, I initially thought Japan never did reprints, only America does? I paid $120 for my vstar universe and shiny star v boxes, and now they're literally like $45?! Do you think they'd reprint Eeveelutions?!?

  they do do reprints but it was generally accepted that they are less reckless with them, however I think the prices tanking is not just due to reprints but also a general shift back towards english in terms of interest. never say never for Eevee Heroes but so far I have seen no concrete evidence!
