Just wanted to thank you,Funk. I've been doing this workout since the pandemic and this is what got me into kettlebells in general. But I have to admit that now I'm stacking Kettlebell EMOMS and AMRAPS that have mushroomed to 90 minute beast mode Kettle bell killers. Cortisol be damned lol

I'm 42, on phase 16 of your O40A program, I don't use facebook so i thought i could maybe hit you up here and just say thanks man. Over 40 Alpha? Hell i coulda used you when i was 20! Excuse the language but you're a bloody legend mate.
Jumping lunges is my favorite.
Sir I did this today but Repeated the circuit 3 times to Reach 24 min, However I had to extend the Breaks to look at the next Exercise. That was My Cardio for Today..I definitely will be doing this on the days I don't want to Run. Probably at least twice a week. Thanks for the Video Funk Roberts!!💯💯💯💯

It's a nice cardio, but I wouldn't count on any significant muscles built in the process :) What I like about the kettlebell swings is the activation of peripherial muscles that might not get the love/hate they deserve during typical exercises. But for me, the best way to learn I have muscles I never knew I had is bouldering - body tension in the directions/combinations no gym exercise will ever challenge :)
