  For coinbase, after transfer fees, conversion fees, etc., I can't remember the exact number, but you're essentially not receiving any cash back after.

  I sold all my lousy american dividend aristocrats which had less than 3% dividend yield and lost more than 30% value over the last years. With this money I bought the SDIV. It cant be much more worse.

  Good video. My Roth IRA is actually 100% VNQ currently. This is a small percentage of my portfolio. The Roth was really the only place where a REIT would make sense given that my combined tax rate is 41%.

  I've been using the dividend capture strategy for 30 years, so pre-internet and pre-zero commission brokers. Out of thousands of trades, I've never lost money on a dividend capture trade. However, there have been times when I've had to hold on to the underlying for a year or so (which basically turns them into swing trades).

  I've sold stock at a loss mosty because i needed the funds for a better stock. The way i see it is if a stocks losing money you could be waiting years for it to recover and by that time you could have missed other opportunities because you dont have free cash. Cash flow is an asset that you use to maximise returns if you can use than money to invest in a rising stock your maximising its potential and gain back the loss and more then its a winner

  I am entering the investing world after many eyars of chronic pain unable to work or use my hands...i have alrdy figure it out that...those channels and their followers are stock bulking and dumping on unaware viewers who are getting caught on fake hype once the stock number reaches a certain point. I cant believe this is LEGAL and they are not getting shut down for manipulating the stock market and steal their investments.

  Why are these called crypto cards when all your doing is funding a card with fiat to spend latter? (facetious). Yes I know they have a token or a coin associated with them but all it is there to entice you to trade and losing value. Hell if your only hodling its because your no good at trading or dont like to SO they let you spin a wheel?? to see if you can win!!! What a joke. These are for people who think gift cards are great. Want to know what the best gift card is? CASH! You can spend it anywhere. Yes again I know we are crypto people here so there are caveats here. Dont think any of the options are breaking ground and if your never going to spend any of your crypto you better go out and make some FIAT.

  Celsius? Damn RIP PulseChain has REAL DeFi LiquidLoans & PowerCity, as well as Phiat are the new standard for crypto collateralized loans. Forks of Liquity and AAVE. There's also a GMX fork called Phamous.

  It might be risky stocks but does that matter if the bad ones will just get replaced by other stocks, dividends are continuously paid, and the ETF holds up because of these things??

  I've had some success in this strategy. I used my Wellsfargo ROTH IRA to do the trading. They don't charge any fees for trades. Plus it's all tax free growth. Including dividends etc...Just as long as you don't withdraw it. #1. I picked a High dividend yield stock like IWMY that pays monthly dividends. #2. I took my capital divided by how many trading days I will trade leading up to one day before the ex dividend date. #3 Then I took that dollar sum divided by the Share price of IWMY. #4. Then I took the number of those shares and divided them by 8 trading hours per day. Dollar Cost averaged every hour by the hour. Then I sold off on the ex dividend date. My profit last month was over $600 . #5. I Then took the profits and invested them into VOO S&P 500 ETF
