I wanna see that Elijah guy step into the cage with an actual fighter. I like grappling, but I wonder if he'd be cocky with one of those guys

Smooth movement, really interesting game. Is ham sandwich part of the ten planet curriculum or more grown at your gym?

It’s definitely something that you could pick up the basics of at any 10p gym. But I don’t know that very many people have it as such a mainstay in their game.

BMac please extract the clip at 7:37 for a short on staying safe when defending the electric chair inside lockdown. This is literally one of the most important and spot on pieces of information you’ve ever provided and man you’ve provided some great stuff! (When we were 1st learning electric chair and we didn’t realize the amount of torque being generated in precisely the spot you pointed out, I blew out my training partner’s ACL. Clean break. Out for almost 1 yr. and neither of us knew any better. Adding insult to injury literally, I saw this video for the 1st time a few weeks after the incident).

Can you get alot of your students to pull this off? Or you find it takes the right measurements like arm length shoulder size

  • @brandonmcninja

Yeah for sure. It’s just about making the right technical adjustments. It’s a pretty finesse move, so it takes a while to dial it in, but the juice is worth the squeeze.

I see how the official could have thought he tapped. It looked too light to be a tap, but he did do a little double tap reaching in.

  • @brysonz

sometimes you inadvertently tap. your body just does it automatically when you feel pain . That's why a good instructor that knows his students well , can truly know when to let a Roll keep rollin, then after the loser has to buy the Class Sushi ..🍱🥢😔 ....... 🙏

The best part of this video is the beginning where he runs into mason Fowler and Mason tells him he was doubtful of his triangle until he heard bmac say “ he’s got it he’s gunna finish it”! And then that gave him confidence! That was an awesome set up using the meat hook! Mason is an interesting cat he’s so bad ass with his rubber guard and he isn’t even 10p! RUBBER GUARD WORKS FUCK ALL THE HATERS!

Definite tap, there's no reason for any movement even close to a tap when defending, so he's either intentionally trying to mislead the referee and opponent, or his coaches need to have a serious word with him
