I only train in the Gi, but this channel is absolute gold for positional awareness body control. 90% of what he shows can transfer over to Gi game.

I really appreciate that a lot, man. Good grappling is good grappling. Doesn’t matter what the outfit or ruleset is! And goes to show you, that you can learn and apply these things, without having ever learned in the gi, as well.
