#2 is the Twister or other spine locks that attack the mid to lower back because they can leave you a paraplegic, and Number 1 I am guessing the Can Opener/Neck Crank type neck attacks because they can leave you quadriplegic/paralyzed from the neck down 😬

I feel it in my ankle but the pain did not last as long as the knee, when I tapped too late against a quick training partner.

I'm predicting #2 and #1 are gonna be inside heel hook and twister, but I could be wrong...

Number 1 and 2 have got to be inside heel hook and twister.

Things I’ve learned from this series: 1. Capsules are a thing that exist. 2. Don’t tap to anything besides heel hooks. I can’t wait to share this with all of our white belts! 😆

I'm betting on something like the baratoplata taking 1...or maybe the buggy.

The buggy for the guy doing it if he gets dropped on his head lol. There aren’t gonna be any chokes on this list because that doesn’t cause permanent damage. I feel like it’ll be inside heel hook #2 and the Twister at #1

Twister to be number one because it damages your spine, heel hooks, kimura or any other joint locks can’t beat the damage on your spine, as you’ll be paralyzed from the twister or any related submissions i guess

Gotta disagree with Brandon here. Don't tap to heel hooks. Even better, roll into the pressure to quickly pull your ankle out! ;) For legal reasons, this is a joke. Seriously, don't do any of what I just said. Tap, you idiot.
