Im from the same era and was very affected by the people in my community going to "Nam and those who did not return. My cousin was stationed in the Philipines and didnt return to the states until the 90s. When I was in college a fellow student was doing research on the women who went to vietnam many of whom i assume were nurses too

Hmm, I dunno, I don't think he's wrong, but also don't think his thesis is as groundbreaking as he might want to belive, to sell his book. As Michel pointed out, many grievences are valid, and it's not as though this is a new phenomena, goes back millennia.

He came from a well off family, (S.African diamond mines) he had early successes, w/ the collaborations of others (EBay). With his new found wealth bought interest's in emerging Tech Companies. (Tesla, SpaceX, Twitter)

Animals understand that something bad is happening, bad changes are happening and they accept it though they would much rather be with the humans who love them and they love in return. But they adapt, though they don't understand why they have been left behind; that part is confusing for them. I am so grateful for these brave people, it gives me hope for humanity.
