Hi! I'm Ashley ! I am a mom of two and have been doing embroidery since 2011 and crafting, well, since I could walk!! I am completely self taught and learned everything I know from watching tutorials/ reading blog posts and good old trial and error!
When I was started this channel it was to teach others how to do machine embroidery but, now it has evolved into so much more! We will be diving into what it takes to run a small business, tips on social media marketing, and give you all the behind the scenes of our small business! You could also get the 8-in-1 hoop set from Ricoma that has the pocket hoop and you could always use a sticky stabilizer when hopping to the pocket.

Thanks for sharing this video. I’m trying to troubleshoot I keep getting ghosting when I do my ribbons. I have the same type of heatpress and I lowered it all the way down and ended using blue painters tape. Some came ok but some of the wording on others came out blurry. I just don’t get it.

If I'm looking for storage I can go to the Storage Container Store or Ikea. I want crafts, not prefabbed storage containers, in my CRAFT store.

The Baby Lock cap frame is way easier than that, to me. The Hoop Tech Gen2 is too but the Baby Lock gets lower to the bill. It’s so easy to use and I was nervous at first but so easy. Great job always, but I do hats also, and that looks more difficult and time consuming and uses a lot of stabilizer. We did a lot of research on which cap frame to get and it’s been great and easy so far. The Madeira hat stabilizer is thick and easily stays on the Baby Lock base and have only needed the one piece so far. Y’all do great work and I have learned a lot from you. Thought I would mention, I love seeing tips to help me, which you have give me many. 😊❤️ I can send the videos I watched if you are interested. ~Brittni

Let me just say I am very familiar with ad spend. Recently, I hired a local installer who mentioned he used Google Ads. Curious, I looked for his ads but couldn't find any. With his permission, we checked his account and discovered that his keywords were highly competitive, with 50-60 businesses bidding on the same keywords. His daily budget was depleted by 10:00 AM, and on top of that, he was paying $500 per month for an account representative. In total, he spends $4,500 per month on ads plus $500 for the rep. His face dropped when I asked, "Have you ever seen your ad?" There are more effective ways to promote your business. Consider how many items or jobs you need to complete just to break even, not even to make a profit. Great content... can't wait for the next video!
