Pretty cool. I use to be obsessed with the Titanic story growing up. :) What video editing software you using out of curiosity?
Same! When I was little I went to all the Titanic museums. I use Adobe.
Per the bill of laiding It was crated, not an assembled vehicle Artistic license😂
😂
Wow! What a crazy story about the vehicle and its owner before and after the Titanic disaster. Also creepy story about the 2nd car in the museum.
It's creepy...Right?
Last month my friend drove his 72 IH crew cab from Wisconsin to Bonneville to help me run my streamliner on the salt. Round trip was 3200 miles & he's doing it again at the end of the month for Speed Week.

This is the first video I have watched of your's. I thought it was different seeing a woman doing video's on car's but you did a great job and I will definitely be subscribing to your channel. I hope you don't think I was trying to be dick about the woman comment. It's nice to see a pretty woman talking about car's over some sweating guy.

I remember years ago you could buy road runner floor matts in stores. I think it was Walmart or Canadian tire. Not anymore though.

Love your B&T mini dachshund!! Had one for 17yrs!!
Thank you! We have the dachshund and a mini schnauzer.
I used to work for a I H dealership. In the early days you could get a 4cyl diesel with or without a turbo. Also, on the fender it didn’t say 4x4. It said All Wheel Drive. That’s because they came with locking differentials front and rear. Later you could get a 345 or special order 392 v8. They offered them in pickup style with a 3 or 4’ bed I think. Hard top or rag top. The 4cyl non turbo ones took about 5 miles just to get to 45 mph.
How was Ed's first Fazoli's experience, love their food and breadsticks. Creepy VW bug. Also interesting and cool other famous vehicle stories.
The 🥖 breadsticks are the best
The SLR is pretty cool. do you think he'd give me or you one? the BEAST is a BEAST Diesel sucking pig. does the unlimited fuel card come with it.
I've been a Postal Worker for more than 38 years and a car nut
(It posted my comment before I was done) . . . my whole life, but I never heard of these Scouts. So I did some research: Even though they have more room inside, they were modified production vehicles, as opposed to the purpose-built Jeep DJ-2. Jeep could guarantee the DJ in the numbers that the Postal Service required, while I-H had to consider consumer versions of the Scout as well. I have to disagree about one point made in the video: to me, "patina" is just another word for "neglect" after it gets to a certain point, a point that this Scout probably attained right around the Bicentennial. It would be a much better representation of what would have been seen delivering the mail if it were to be restored to its past glory. The Postal Service tries to maintain appearances, and a rusty, neglected trucklet like this does just the opposite. I know, "they're only original once", but this Scout certainly doesn't look original (i.e. as it left the factory) to me. I can understand a few thin spots in otherwise original paint, but when that paint is almost entirely missing, it's time to do something about it. You never see a current L.L.V. looking like a derelict refugee from a junkyard. OK, that was too harsh, and my apologies to the owner, but I wanted to make a point. Of course he is free to maintain (or not) his vehicle as he sees fit, and my opinion on the subject shouldn't carry any weight at all. But as a long-time Postal Worker, I like to see the Service presented in a more favorable light.
Kendra was in Scout heanen.
Scouts are my thing! Three Gen IH enthusiast!
We had a 76 Scout 2. Had a 351 with Warren winch. It would go anywhere. A sister wrecked it in the late 80's. I would have kept it for life. They were fantastic.
Those Scout II are fun! We have a 1980
Excellent video and great interview!
Glad you enjoyed it!
Thanks bud
In Detroit I had a 67 V8 Scout with a snow plow that was pretty rusted. I found a Ziebarted (rust protected) right hand drive Postal scout in pretty good shape so we cut them across the floorboards and swapped bodies. The funny part was when I swapped steering boxes and found out the steering was reversed, oops.
Hahahaha 😂
Too bad I can't post pictures here
More nice work Kendra, Keep it up young lady.
I appreciate your support so much! Thank you!
He also had a CLK-GTR back when they were new.
Woah!!! Those are really rare!
Awesome movie!
