Chicken wings can be stored in the refrigerator for three days if marinated in wine. In addition, the used wine can be used for cooking, and it can be kept in the refrigerator for a week.

如果你想用真空煲去煮,先煮30分鐘,焗1小時試吓,如果唔熟都可以再煮直至全熟!

@@Tim2019 我整左喇,好好味呀。我係爐煲左半個鐘,焗左1個半鐘。我將隻豬手分左d做上海肴肉。如果整肴肉可能要煲/焗耐d,做燻蹄時間就差唔多。😊 我留返d白鹵水諗住遲d用來整貴妃雞😋

原來侵凍水,我上次倒熱水都好難剝
浸下凍水會容易D,最好買超市的free range Chicken,唔好買corn feed Chicken.
@@Tim2019粟米雞太貴了,之前我見人教用粗鹽省果層皮佢話易啲用用滾水 不過估吾到相反係用熱水
其實可以用超市最便宜的雞,用相同的方法去掉脂肪層,也可以做豉油雞的!

我已經放了一些醃料在雞腔內,焗完之後就會有味的,另外還有南乳醬,已經足夠了。

Hello Tim哥,我嘅腌法同你大致一樣,但每次炒牛肉都會出唔少水。除左落多啲油(眼見我都係落同你差唔多嘅量。最大分別可能係你用gas stove ? 我暫只用過ceramic/induction stove),仲有冇其他細節要注意?
在家炒牛肉一定會出水,因火力不足,可以先炒熟牛肉,隔走水份,回鑊再同其他材料炒,效果會好啲!
