@MisterkeTube sorry about that! The other printer is the ender 3. As that printer is a pretty common one for entry level, I opted to just say an overall category so people weren't solely focused on the idea of needing to have an ender 3 before going to a k1 max

I got my open 6 months ago at best buy, also took their accidental warranty as ive used it before on my fold 4 and it was a good experience. Sold the replacement fold 4 and got the open and couldn't be happier to leave samsung.

Never had any luck with Creality's auto bed levelling - I figure that once you get a good 1st layer, everything that follows is already working off of a very flat topped layer and any other movement on the z-axis is unnecessary. (Until someone poses a convincing counter-argument)

It, more than likely, will. I think his was an exception, rather than the rule. I got mine in the end of October and have had zero issues with it. You'll love it. It really is phenomenal. The only thing I am getting, in the near future, is the Oneplus Open 2, when I get home from my deployment.

@@galenblack8321 the only thing I hate is the repeat apps. There are 2 photos app. 2 file app. A bit annoying but needs to get used to. Overall it's way better as it doesn't get as hot and throttle down compared to the fold 4

Despite the fact that this has the generation 2 chip instead of the generation 3, it ironically runs better than my Galaxy s24 ultra because this phone does not thermal throttle nearly as much. I have had less lag and less heat on this phone overall. I am an extreme power user who rarely ever shuts off the screen and leaves KZread running almost 24/7, so I get significantly thermal throttled on Samsung's phones. I honestly think that the Chinese are the next smartphone revolutionaries. I am not going to go back to Samsung or any other stateside mass produced phones. Chinese OEMs are where it's at now for the best Android performance experience. Once some of these OEMs get their customer service fiasco squared away it's an open and shut case in my opinion.

@@Komi_Is_My_Name My MSI Katana 15 has an i9 and a RTX 4070, with 16 RAM and 1 TB storage space for £1,300. But the i7 and RTX 4060 should be good enough, and that includes gaming. If I was you though, I would try to go for the RTX 4070 if you can. I got my laptop from Curry's PC World, but someone might be selling it for a cheaper price on Amazon or eBay. Make sure the laptop is brand new when you buy it though, as previous owners could have damaged something👍

At this stage, Creality is just towering over my Flashforge Adventurer 4 Pro. Since my adventurer 4 Pro has no hopes for any firmware update anywhere in the future, also all of the layer skips and failed prints it has.

People in the 3D printing space think that the length of time someone has spent 3D printing is relevant is hilarious! I bring it up all the time, you can do something wrong for 10 years. Just like coding, the length of time is irrelevant = it's all about the person's intelligence using it/doing it. We have gone from 60mm/s = fast and now 600mm/s = fast. That's a 10X increase in speed mostly driven from entirely new players in the industry. I comment the above so you dont discount your observations and intelligence. The more people using 3D Printers, the more better. From what I have seen it's always the new people in 3D printing that make the advancements.

So that print that sits on the top of the printer is a riser for the glass. I found that its a possibility that when you print larger items that are in the back of the bed, the way the tube at the top (where the filament is routed) is oriented can some times hit the glass and potentially cause the clogs. So printing this our real quick gives just a bit of clearance so that hopefully doesn't happen as much. Here's where i got it www.thingiverse.com/thing:6571304

Whatever vendor you bought your phones from was better than mine. I was shocked at the shoddy packaging. The box was flimsy to say the least. Back Market is a collection of vendors which they conveniently aren’t clear about. I finally got my phone, and keep in mind this is the first time I’ve used them, they sent me the wrong phone! Very very frustrating.

I've had my open since launch and so far I've been lucky with no problems. (Knock on wood) I agree with you this is the best phone I've ever used hands down. Does everything I want and besides no wireless charging there is no downside to this phone that I have found.
