We need some time with the phones to provide a worthwhile update. We probably won’t make a video about it. Can comment though that it has now been a couple months and they’re holding up really well with no issues.

Hi, How is the microphone on this thing? I need it to record casual acoustic covers (acoustic guitar and vocals). Just a decent enough mic would do, absoultely latest and greatest not manadatory. Is it decent enough, or downright bad?

the microphone is decent enough. It's definitely not going to replace your dedicated recording studio mic but its decent.

Man.. overall I like the video but you comparing the speakers on the nothing phone too to the promax lineup is crazy. I have this phone and I can tell you they are nowhere near as good as the iPhone and I have played audio on both phones back to back and the nothing phone to is a clear loser here

I just read this and had to do a side by side test again just to make sure haha! Honestly I still think they sound comparable and very close in quality at full volume 😂. I respect the opinion though! Thanks for watching!

@@DupeTubeTeam lol. Well, I’m glad you rechecked. Maybe it depends on the content. I know for KZread the Nothing 2 sounds tinny. It might be fine for music though. 🤷🏾

@@JustXavier i think Apple has really put in a lot of work in balancing the sound out to almost damn near perfect. There's rarely a phone that can compete with Iphone speakers. So for this to come close is definitely impressive for me. I could understand the tinniness thing from where you're coming from though (not sure if I spelled that right lol). I think overall I'd say Iphone is the winner when it comes to being balanced, but the Nothing Phone 2 is no slouch either. I've tested some really terrible phone speakers in the past haha! Always appreciate the input and thanks for being respectful about it too!

I can disagree with the results of the audio comparison and still respect you and the work you put in. 😃 And also - right back at you!
