Would ground work if I took some dirt and put it in a box, brought the box inside the house and put my feet in the dirt for awhile?

Grounding and working on my circadian rhythms stopped my overactive bladder symptoms. I wish I knew if it was the combination, or if either one alone would have helped.

I was taught about inflammation in nursing school in 1979. Never heard of grounding until recently. Started walking on the grass without shoes. But not able to do that every day. Today I ordered the mat and a sheet. If it doesn’t work I hope I can get my money back.

I think the concept makes sense for improving health and mental relaxation, but it isn’t a silver bullet for inflammation. Dogs still develop cancer and other diseases and they don’t wear any shoes outside when they make doo doo.

I tend to agree with Drs Ken Berry and Shawn Baker that carbs are totally unnecessary. We should use simple carbs not at all and complex carbs sparingly.

No....the "death of God" experience is the experience that God died, the creator and finisher of the universe and not the frustration of mini meanings that you've made up..... Jesus! Read the "Parable of the madman."

I disagree that the companys are just responding to demand, maybe not all of them but most big corporations are built with the intention of exploiting the planet, the employees, and the consumers for profit. Much of the time companies put in lots of extra effort to make sure they keep the poverty cycle in place in every way they can. Yes we do have some power to get them to change if we all stop giving them money, because they are greedy and don't want their profits cut. We do have to hold some accountability for what we buy but we also have to hold the corporations and systems that are upholding their ability to exploit people and the earth accountable for what they are doing as well and i think that is very important to remember as well

And thanks a lot for your honesty, also even in sincerely asking for reviews, I will certainly revisit from time to time. Thank you so much. Jacco

Your superpower is...letting go. This is a VERY Christian principle as well. Reminds me of the Jim Elliott quote. "He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep, to gain that which he cannot lose." (talking about salvation)

Healthy productivity can include service and particularly service to others. I'm.priveliged to be retired with a good pension, this allows me to serve others at the food bank. Any decisions I make include my own notion of" life currency". What I have received in terms of health, relationships, decisions, choices ..and how can I figuratively spend to help others. Understanding that we are all here to learn lessons, serve for our highest good and remain humble in the process.

6:48 love what is said here, I don't consider myself a minimalist in terms of how it is stereotyped online in fact I'm basically a stereotypical maximalist. The fact that y'all said to not push yourself to own less just because you guys, The Minimalist said so shows that minimalism is not about owning less physical things but it's about intentionally owning things, as I mentioned I'm basically a maximalist but everything I own "sparks joy" I make sure everything I own sparks joy, so even though it's a lot of stuff if it's all intentional and sparks joy I'm technically a minimalist, lastly it's good to see that minimalism can help people like who are not really minimalist on making sure that the tons of things I own are still intentional and not just for the sake of wasting money.

I’m JUST now getting into grounding and holy shhhhh… Im 26 and was diagnosed with PMDD (a severe form of PMS). For the past four months it’s consumed me and made me almost off myself because you wake up one morning, about week before your period and you feel like a totally different person- a crazy person. I don’t want to be on birth control nor SSRIs, which are the only options given how little funding and research goes into this illness. I started looking for holistic remedies, found out about grounding , planted my feet in the ground for about 7 minutes and I swear on everything I no longer have anxiety, sui*idal thoughts, any negative thoughts. In fact, I was smiling and couldn’t stop telling my mother about this!! Very cool and very happy and hope more folks get into this 🎉

LOL, the reason cancer rarely exists in nature is that predadation and starvation exist in nature. If you're a squirrel, and as soon as you get a little old, an owl swoops down and eats you, you're not going to live long enough to die from cancer. If you were my pet squirrel, and I protect you from owls until your 8 years old, then you might get cancer, but that's a consequence of living longer, not necessarily a consequence of living indoors.

Please forgive me, if i ever i have gotten your neighborhood wrong. But i wish you abundance, happiness & prosperity, in your professional & personal endeavors...as i do, for all other amazing people on this channel. 🙏♥️ Uh oh.... maybe the breakfast sandwiches are made by a woman called "Calabama"??? Omg, idk now. But, this channel is still amazing, bc of all people involved in it.

This guy knows about grounding but he doesnt know about the human body disease etc. he contributes everything to people just not earthing. You need to earth and get plenty of sun that is a must. But these diseases are also food related. Cancer diabetes heart disease arthritis etc are all food related that earthing and sunshine helps fixing but if you eat a plant based diet you never get those diseases. Again earthing and sunshine are a must for your health
