@@harichourasia7932 Do Part-time PhD not full time. Currently job after PhD in mechanical is not good. I will suggest, don't leave job even in sales. In long run, if you have PhD degree you can become professor of practice In universities as industrial experts. Your salary will also be very good.

Bhaiya I have been selected in phd program in IIT , I want to know that what will be the TA duty in CSE department and will it start from first semester?
@@zvikrnt It depends upon your TA supervisor what work he will give you? Generally it includes UG, PG classroom attendance, PPT making, paper correction etc. Maximum TA duty in a week 6-8 hours. It will start from 1st semester. But It also varies in different IITs.

Sir I am 29, working in a private job as a content writer and i completed graduation (BSc) in 2016. Now im confused whether i should do MSc. or not. and since i am good in writing and reading, i have started preparing for upsc cse exam. My age will cross 32 after preparing for IIT jam, joining college in 2025, and completing an MSc. I know that i am interested in science, but the number of years it will take to make a career out of this, and the downsides in terms of family and studies is forcing me to prepare for government exams and choose security in my life over interest. From my opinion, you should first make your life settled and then you can pursue your interest. But don't make career gaps. If you are really good enough to clear competition then do it, if any doubt is there then join MSc. Otherwise simultaneously you can prepare for both, but it will be hactic.

It is research intensive University. It is very good University specially for research in any specialization. I always genuinely reply, don't afraid. Which is wrong means wrong. To guide the students in right direction is my job. I always suggest only one thing, choose good supervisor for your PhD.

No, I don't think so. You please ask the MTech admission IITG, I think they will consider. You can tell him in August you will get provisional degree, our session were late. You convince them, they will listen to you.

IIM and Central University both will be good, first see who is your supervisor, and see their works, where they are publishing, contact him. Take feedback. IIM has definitely more reputation but if supervisor is not good in PhD you will get frustrated.

If professor has mailed you then it will be confirm only. Minimum 3 weeks it will take for results. After interview they will not select any student. Again next phase they will select. You can apply for other institutions also for backup. As, what is your specialization?

Kar to sakta hai, lekin apke guide apse output mangege, In Terms of paper publications. Dono apko balance karna padega. Mushkil hoga. Lekin chahe to kar sakte hai. Lekin Karna nahi chahiye koi ak kam achha se kijia. Nahi to dono achha se nahi hone ka bahut jyada chance hai. Baki student ke caliber pe bhi depend karta hai. Kyuki PhD bahut serious work hai, aur time taking bhi hai.
