    Thanks for your guidance, Hi, I small problem regarding submitted manuscript. I have submitted a paper to journal (IGNOU) in the month of Oct 23, My article is still showing in submission state. I have contacted latest the editor on 7 Apr for knowing status of my paper. Till I haven't received any mail till now. Can I submit to another journal or wait

    You should wait; otherwise, write mail to the Editor and withdraw your paper. Without withdrawing, please do not submit it to another journal. Send him 2-3 reminders for your mail.
