Sir mere college(chandigrah university) me starting pay 35-40k hai aur ek aur Chandigarh University ka sister college hai CGC Landran wha toh sir PhD faculty ki salary 25k hai 😂😂.

Ha ji, wo bhi hai, lekin stream wise bhi depend karta hai. Maine average karke bataya hai. Jyada Kam expect nahi karna chahiye PhD ke bad. Abhi CSE me PhD ko jyada milta hai. To average ban jata hai utna.

CSE ki hi demand hai abhi....Chandigarh University me sir faculty ki quality itni achi nhi hai....Jaisi profile faculty ki SRM,VIT ye sb me hai waisi nhi hai ..bhut inequality hai yha..kuch assistant prof ko 80k+ dete hai toh kuch ko 30k ...depending upon caliber. Koi fixed pay structure nhi hai..

I think its a wrong statement that BITS pay more, the salary of BITS (basic pay) is exactly similar to that of IITS (say old IITs), however actual in hand salary is slightly higher in old IITs..

@@physicsguru427 As per information gathered from my friends, at first level of Assistant Professor Job, BITS basic pay is more. You can see the advertisement of any IIT also old or new, initial basic pay is similar. I may be wrong also.

MSc + NET ke bad 25 k - 45 k mil sakta hai. Private me. Government me according to govt rules. 70-75 k tak.
