sir what is job scenario of phd maths. is it less in demand than engineering?

No it is not like that, both have same opportunities, I think PhD maths have more opportunities. Engineering is totally dependent upon Maths only. PhD Math can become faculty anywhere from School to University. Can go to companies also depending upon PhD topics. So that's why it is very important to choose PhD topics wisely. It is Engineering or Maths.

No, It depends on institute. If interview is good, you will get.

Private universities me number of papers, patents, projects ye sab matter karta hai. Premium private universities me Achha college se PhD degree bahut matter karta hi hai, No doubt. Government colleges ka criteria alag hota hai.
